Revival? Maybe. Intruders? Probably not; last season deliberately started off with two less teams with two Intruding teams appearing later on. On the bright side they compensate with 90-minute long episodes every week.

Well, one of the 8 teams already a team brought back from season 1. Always appreciate 90 minute length for the premiere, the 90-minute does feel a bit too much at certain points of the race, at least I had that issue last season.

Legs of last season are boring with so few tasks each leg
The race become un-watchable since the introduction of intruder

Haven't watched the ep yet, but I did skim through it. The opening credits look and sound great with the TAR theme. And they manage to make the TAR28-style flying names of doom look, actually, decent. Maybe because of less characters I guess, the names didn't take over the entire screen.

Kinda sad they seem to have gone back to the US-style of on-screen graphics though for the Road Block/Detour. I liked their original graphics from last season.

So apparently one team had a Bopper & Mark situation and their partner had to be swapped out on the advice of a doctor. Shame

Interesting how they film this version. So they actually don't film the race in one go like the other versions, they get them together for chunks at a time?

Just to be totally clear:

RFF has a rule that NO production pics are to be posted.

Pretty much all the Weibo picks are clearly by production.

However, it appears that there may no NDA's signed. So....

If TARChina productions enforces removal of the pics from Weibo we will also gladly pull them. If however they are allowing production to post at WEIBO, then it is fair to share those here.

It is kind of a different situation with TAR China, they're clearly a lot looser on the NDA's than other versions when they're openly announcing their whereabouts on social media.
