I'm taking it with a grain of salt too. About half of his tweets are Big Brother related including retweets of MissCleo, EvilDick and a few other BB "legends". He could actually have known this stuff, but I'm thinking it's more likely he's putting us on, so he can laugh at us elsewhere.

Agree, in a metropolitan area with as many people as New York City has with smart cell phones for just one person to see all these people running and doing other things typical to the race doesn't really make sense.

I remember last time (TAR21) we had lot of visual evidence, even from the decoys.

TAR 21 had visual evidence of New York, but not the finish mat.....which caught people by surprise.

Unlike TAR 21, this is not on a sunny weekend day, and I hear the weather is not conducive to being outside. (Showers with a 60 percent chance of those having heavy rain and t-storms, per the National Weather Service.) So if teams are having to use taxis or mass transit, they may not be as visible between tasks and route markers.
