I don't see why they would need to remove the deleted scenes if CBS All-Access only contains the episodes.

Does the DVD releases of TAR seasons, especially the early ones, have their deleted scenes?

On YouTube, a good(ish) thing is that the videos aren't deleted! Just privatized. :(
