It truly is sad that people would do that Ugot, but you are right people are taking advantage of the situation.
That's why I would recommend making donations to respected and well known sources:

Granted they are not strictly collected money for Tilly, but the money will greatly help all kids affected by this horrible "c" word.

UPDATE:
Tilly had her 2nd round of chemo yesterday and according to Britney, everything went well.
Keep on praying that she beat this thing!
