The consensus in the finale discussion thread (and on Twitter) was that the choice was utter crap. Frank winning America's favorite player was just wrong on so many levels.
I thought that when we fought, I was to blame

I agree completely!!!   I would like to know who the top 3 were    and how close the
votes were   .....   Of course they (TPTB) can make up any numbers that they choose   IMO

Britney won  4 of the superpass awards last night at the party  and the fans that have the feeds and those who don't voted.. so that should tell you something about the CBS AC
