D: Mike told me one time I was like Batman, do good but have a dark side.

Back, Jenn and Ian in the kitchen. Ian can't understand why they threw the lactate out. She needs it. Jesse told her it was alright, he'd help her out.

Frank gives a run down. Shane and Joe laying down, Jenn eating her slop, Dani doing her hair. He offers Ian some jerky but it doesn't agree with him. It was Slim Jim but..

Ian: Some food and drinks just don't agree with me. Black powerade didn't agree with me.

Dan asks if Frank has ever been to Michigan, answer is no, ever been to AR-kansaw.. Frank says it's nice where Brit's college is.. Fayetteville.

Frank: I wish you had told us about it before! Before Mike went up.

Dan: How do you think she'll feel about it.

Frank: I think she's OK, I've survived it to many times.

Dan: The thing about Jerry, he was boisterous. You always knew where he was.

F: Why am I going on the block. EVERY week, it's crazy. How many lives do I have left, how many rabbits out of my ass. I mean.. chew chew. on one hand it's exhausting. Even last week I was hustling when I was HOH. But hustling in this game is all I know how to do. I've been doing it since week one. I mean this game hasn't been easy for me. I didn't think I'd have to worry this much. I don't want to toot my own horn.. more ice!

Shane and Frank going over the food situation. Lots of eggs and egg whites. Dani says they can have tomato soup and grilled cheese. Her problem is she had to diet so much for pageants.. when she quit dieting.. she doesn't want to diet at all.
