Dan i never felt like that ever.. I consider myself mentally tough too

 Frank those lights even without the music.. i feel like they would drive me insane

dan when i sleep i would still see them..

 dan i feel that when i took a shower and stay calm i feel better

ian i dont know i think your body just shut down cuz your body was in a bad mode.. it doesn't sound like yo are dehydrated

Ian it's weird that the clear came first   and the gold second. it should be more clear with the more water you drink.
