New information from the airport, they are heading to Indonesia. (via fengdi)

Only direct flight according to flightstats. There are possible connections to Singapore that arrive in Jakarta at 4:05 (Singapore Air 960) and 4:20 PM (Garuda Indonesia 831).

Bangkalan is on the island of Madura. So they are probably flying to the larger city of Surabaya (Bangkalan is 40 km north).

Every August and September towns and villages across Madura hold races and the winners compete for the Presidential Trophy in the grand finals in Pamekasan in late September. A very exotic and colourful affair.

Bangkalan is not in Surabaya, it's in Madura, a small island on the east of Surabaya. They'll probably take a train or plane to Surabaya, then take a bus and then ferry to cross Madura strait.

Summary of this morning

1 team (an old couple with roller suitcase) check-in first, dont know what flight it is.
8 other team seems get on the same flight GA895, according to the chat with michigan team.
And then, in about 9:00 am, a young couple team arrive, seems made a mistake to get the airport. But finally they get a ticket, and check-in in time.
