The greek game made Adam feel that he would compete and come close to winning a comp.

Rachel's proudest moment was when she did the balance beam in 2 minutes. I thought if I could do this I can do anything.

Rachel tells Adam to sit down because he had a rough day. Also she is off the block and won the first comp of the final 3.
