Alas, no sightings from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, which would probably be the transit point for a Mars leg.

That sighting, and Madrid in general, is probably a hoax.

In other spec, given the train rides in Australia and China and the day long hole that I think we have between Kolkata and Mumbai, is there enough time for an old friend, the rape trains of India (to Goa, perhaps)?  :cmaslol

I would consider the slight possibility that TK and Rachel and Jet and Cord were seen in Madrid b/c they are in Elimination Station.

TK/Rachel aren't racing though  :cmaslol

The issue with Jet/Cord was that at the time they were 'departing' from Madrid's airport, there were no flights out for hours; this suggests highly that this is a fake.

Maybe the teams at Elim Station are getting visits from other teams of previous seasons  :cmaslol

Doubt it though.

I was actually thinking that TK/R were eliminated at the startline. That's if this theory has a life.

Tk and Rachel won their season though. If this is a second chance or redemption season then there's no way they'd be included in the cast.

Off topic, but I just wanted to post these emoticons  :xmas110 :cmas51 :cmas28   :cmas25.  So darn cute!

I wouldnt take any of the spoilers to be true at this point (from the last 3 days). Some of them may be, but they will probably lead us in circles hahaha

The only way I could see TK & Rachel reappearing is that if they played a part in one of the tasks. We've seen previous Racers reappear in later Races to hand out clues at least once, IIRC.

I find that Austrian rail report very intriguing. I think one element of this particular Race we need to keep in mind is trying to use locations that come across the best in HD.  Going to the Alps is definitely one way to do it.

and interestingly...there was a lot of "smoke" about Egypt around....

So Kisha/Jen sighted on train to Zurich? But what is interesting is that they have camera crew with them, but not filming, and the report says they were not in a hurry.

Do the camera crews assigned to the teams travel with them when they are eliminated? Or are they sending the eliminated teams on a decoy train and plain tour of Europe??
Our Elimination station will be the teams all appearing in different locations this year.... :cmas27

This is a possibility.

Here's the running list of where teams are in case you are confused.

So it seems that this sighting of Kisha and Jen can be interpreted in 2 ways:

1) Still in the race, of course
2) Eliminated, on their way to being a decoy

With 2) being more likely? Boooo.  :cmas13

The cameraguys were not filming but the cameras were out not covered by anything. Furthermore they carried the cameras using some kind of belt/rods contraption that looks like it allows the cameraman to run and film at the same time.

Them being on a Chur-Zurich train and them beeing seen in Austria yesterday points to a stopover in the Lichtenstein region.

I really wonder what tonights pit stop will be.

Liechtenstein? It would be a new country for them to visit.

If they were in the Middle East, Qatar and Bahrain are possible.  Qatar Airways flies to Vienna from Doha, and Bahrain to Vienna, there are no direct nonstops, but connecting through Dubai is probable.
