My friend from Kumming via QQ mobile told me,shes  was in a train station before and saw, theres english men with cameras there.they were following an asian grandpa and a japanesse look alike girl,a blonde girl with a guy. and 2 black woman.
This would mean Ronald & Christina, Gary & Mallory, and Kisha & Jen are still alive and kicking.

Ron & Christina are still in the Race?  ALL RIGHT!   :jumpy:   :wohoo:   :jumpy:   :wohoo:   :jumpy:   :wohoo:   :jumpy:   :wohoo:   :jumpy:   :wohoo:   :jumpy:   :wohoo:   :jumpy:   :wohoo:

I  Speculate Black Dragon Pool  will be their first destination...since they can film Jade dragon snow mountain(one of Lijiang's symbol, but it's too far from downtown of Lijiang,so Idon't think they will go) in crew...and it will open at 8:00,since teams look like taking two trains to Lijiang, maybe a time bunching.

:yess:THAT IS BEAUTIFUL! Too bad they dont have time to ENJOY it!

:groan: This may be a place they would take them to as well. Since this Race is to be more athletic than the past races the " Tiger Leaping Gorge" looks like a CHALLENGE with rafting by far????

"The Tiger Leaping Gorge which first included a trip to the first bend of the mighty Yangtze River. The Yangtze River, considered the mother river of China, flows majestically through the centre of China and is the third longest river in the world. Starting from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Yangtze River surges south-eastward until it meets the Hengduan Mountain Range. About 44 miles outside of Lijiang, unusual geological phenomenon’s force the Yangtze to make a sudden V-shaped bend and flow to the northeast. This extraordinary turn, nearly 180-degrees, creates beautiful and marvellous views. Here, the river is wide and the water flows in a gentle, slow pace. Large willow trees grow luxuriously alongside the river that is banked on both sides with lush, fertile deep green vegetation and immense, steep mountains that rise up from the river to touch the clouds in the blue sky above. The whole sight is like a wonderful landscape painting that never ends. This is a world-famous geological phenomenon and an extraordinary panoramic scene whose vistas you will long remember."

they're already in China!  To TAR producers and All-Stars contestants please go to my country in the Philippines [in Manila] by tomorrow so that I could spot all of you and post it here and to my twitter account and tomorrow is a holiday in my country and I have no office work at that day.

Lijiang? It's about time. Google does an OK job, City8 doesn't cover LJ but Edushi does: the Old City, which I suppose will be one of the stops.

High altitude? Possibly something to do with the mountainous terrain?
Physics alone is not enough.

I am guessing to a previously unvisited country next, because China has so many connections.

 :yess: :yess: :yess: :yess: :yess:

im leaning towards laos or myanmar (but i do know myanmar is a little too off the track) since kunming is actually close to both countries, and have no many international flights away except to thailand, myanmar, laos or malaysia.

There is quite an eclectic set of international destinations from Kunming (KMG). Hanoi, Vientiene, Phuket, Bangkok, Rangoon (Yangon), Mandalay, Kolkutta, Delhi, and Dhaka. I didnt see Kuala Lumpur.......but doesnt meant it isnt there on another day.

looks like they are in front of a hotel??

It doesn't look like any picture of Lijiang or Kunming I've seen. Could this be from Hong Kong?

Someone from "Baidu" mentioned:
There's a clue box at the gate of Lijiang Ancient City last night.
(this information is given from the people living there)

He said is there a chance that some of the teams are ahead of Gary&Mallory, and already went there?

And also he has mentioned: There are some production teams at Qiyi Street(七一街) in this morning.

they're probably being set up?

imo, it's way impossible for teams to get spread out, there would be a chance of bunching point.

didnt their train arrive around 5 am?

It was a case of my mind being too active and jumping to conclusions. I was looking through pictures of Lijiang and Kunming trying to identify the curved 10 story building in the distance in front of the Cowboys. I didn't see anything that looked like it in Lijiang or Kunming during my obviously too brief search. Since there have been previous statements about two possible legs in China and teams passing through Hong Kong, I was guessing that photo could have been taken during a leg in Hong Kong. As the photo was taken at the Kunming train station, I was horribly off the mark. I hope I didn't confuse anyone out there.

It isn't the only train to get there though, maybe there are teams ahead or far behind,
so it's an unknown now.
