Doc...I'm not sure about the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum because of all the cats!  :cmaslol

The Audubon House looks good though, it is on an acre of gardens.

FWIW, there are businesses and residences all along the Florida Keys, from Key Largo down to Key West. That wasn't the case so much after Hurricane Donna wiped out the middle Keys in 1960, but over time all of the keys have been developed. Virtually all of the mainland part of Monroe County is the Everglades National Park, or other federally protected land, so all of the population are on the islands of the Keys.
I think it would be difficult for filming to take place anywhere along there (before or after the Seven Mile Bridge) without residents seeing it, and this time of year, the snowbirds have already begun to arrive. They're usually arriving in Florida just after Thanksgiving.

I can't help but thinking that if they went all the way down to Key West, someone would have at least seen them. It's compact down there, as opposed to other parts of the Keys.

So forgive me if I'm reading into this wrong, but are you saying there's another country between Switzerland and Brazil?

I have been waiting for this for a LONG time!

And my vote, just because I loved it so, is for Varanasi, aka Benares. This is an incredibly visual city, and one of the most overwheming culturally. It is the most holy city, Hindus believe if you die here, you no longer go through reincarnation.

You've made your own game Peach!  :cmas20

What on earth kind of picture is that anyway? It looks like a landscape pic that has been wrapped somehow.

Because of where they were and the weather conditions I would go with eastern France, southern Germany, or northern Italy.
I also wouldn't rule out the UK area.

It's sad that this season almost follows tara for having double legs in almost each country. where's the variation?  :cmas4

and they only visit one new country, the lowest ever and consdiering they country is 62km square (about 2/3 the size of Manatthan) I am really disappinted at the route.

And is there only 2 non elimination legs this season?

Maybe I'm biased but I love it when they come to my state ;) It'll still be nice to see these places in HD.

There should be a third NEL in there somewhere, most likely between Legs 7 & 10 since Leg 11 (Brazil) will be the last elimination.

I am actually pretty pleased with this...

Look at all the NEW places we get?

The Outback
Lijiang and Kunming
Varanasi :yess:
Zermatt
Liechtenstein

Even Vienna was TAR 4 and Kolkata TAR 5 so not like we were just there. I think it is pretty good when 6 of 12 legs feature a new location. I am not worried about new countries, but I do love NEW places!

And more importantly, I think the visuals will be stunning!

Zermatt is on the Italian border any chance they crossed over? Apprently no roads connect Zermatt with Zurich. Turin is slightly closer then Zurich is to  Zermatt.

and when was Varanasi confirmed?

I think they flew to Brazil  through  Turin or Geneva , but Zurich and Milan airports are bigger so..
