Look back at the Wikipedia prediction and see how far off they were (maximum possible) on where Nat/Kat would finish. The offending section in wikipedia has been updated to make it correct sometime in the interim.

The racers' overnight Pitstop was at the Riksgränsen Hotel.

Quote
When you are the last-place team, starting more than two hours behind the leaders, the pressure is on. You have to perform, or go home. You must keep hope alive, avoid mistakes, and support each other even when things look bleak. What you hope for is an incredibly tough leg, that other teams struggle, or a flight to another country. Anything that gives you a chance to catch up if you work hard.

That was the challenge that Katie and Rachel faced on Sunday's leg of The Amazing Race.

In retrospect, the title is similar to the "million-dollar quote" that is often looked for in Survivor -- a quote which indicates that someone (or some team, in this case) will win the million dollars.  I'll bet that the food did taste like a million dollars to Nat & Kat after they wound up winning!
