russ stop sleeping so much during the day and spend some time outside with them

nat and jess say they cant sleep in the torture room that is why they stay up all night and then they arent allowed to sleep while the music is playing

nat to jessie it was becuase i went in there and bitched.(DR). i was pissed about the whole laundry thing and that's what made me snap

jess he(kevin) doens't eat and then says he's soo weak.. yeah you're gonna be weak not eating and then you'll have another excuse to not win

nat should i go out and eat a grape right in front of his face (kevin ate a grape during the comp yest.)
