The intro doesn't help AT ALL  (:;)

This was the only new location i could see from that intro.

Ecuator line Monument near Quito, Ecuador.

Why the venezuelan girls were penalized when the opening episode was the first part of the pitstop?

From the promo:

- I see a task with arrows. Could it be the roadblock?. I only see Juan del Mar doing it and Toya is just sitting there. Ale seems to be in the same position as Toya so i think Eze is doing the task.
-There is a task consisting in finding something in a book. It looks that they are not searching in a specific book. Demi/Maxi, Rosario/Pablo and Rosy/Monica are doing it, it could be one option of the detour or a route marker challenge.
-The twins could be doing the other side of the detour, is one of the twins holding a detour clue???. The are looking for some place.
-Could the planetarium be the pit stop?

WHAT DO YOU THINK?  :keeta:

I think the image of the tables and the chairs is the place where the teams had to eat chilean empanadas in the north of Chile, it looks very chilean to me .

The one with the tree and the arrows looks like a tamarugo tree from the atacama desert , it could be a detour.

The other one looks like an eating challenge probably from Uruguay, because one of the Harri's photos in twitter match with the ground and at that time they weren't in Chile and it doesn't look like a task for tomorrow's leg.

From the new promo i think they have to take a train from Retiro Station to Tigre because i see a kayak task and it seems that the place where they are doing it is Tigre. The bungee jump could be the roadblock and the detour seems to be jumping from a trampoline to reach a flag or climbing a pole to reach a flag to get the next clue.

POSSIBLE ROUTE

LEG 1- El Calafate, Argentina
LEG 2- El Calafate, Argentina to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
LEG 3- Buenos Aires, Argentina to Tigre, Argentina
LEG 4- Tigre, Argentina to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay
LEG 5- Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay to Montevideo, Uruguay
LEG ?- Montevideo, Uruguay to Santiago, Chile
LEG ?- Santiago, Chile to San Pedro de Atacama, Chile
LEG ?- San Pedro de Atacama, Chile to Antofagasta, Chile
LEG ?- Antofagasta, Chile to Quito, Ecuador
LEG ?- Quito, Ecuador to ????, Ecuador
LEG ?- ????, Ecuador to Salvador de Bahia, Brazil
LEG ?- Salvador de Bahia, Brazil to Sao Paulo, Brazil

If they are going to have another leg in Argentina, then i think there is going to be another non elimination before Santiago, because Pablo & Rosario were eliminated in 8th place in Santiago. So, if there are going to be 2 legs in Uruguay, Santiago would be leg 6.

Leg 1: El Calafate, Argentina - Non Elimination
Leg 2: Buenos Aires, Argentina - Elimination (11th Place)
Leg 3: Tigre, Argentina - Elimination (10th Place) :duno:
Leg 4: Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay - Elimination (9th Place)/NEL :duno:
Leg 5: Montevideo, Uruguay - Elimination (9th Place)/NEL :duno:
Leg 6: Santiago, Chile - Elimination (8th Place)
Leg 7: San Pedro, Chile - Elimination (7th Place)
Leg 6: Antofagasta, Chile - Elimination (6th Place)

The other NEL is probably leg 9 or 10, assuming that last leg will be a double leg as usual.

Yeah, i was thinking the same and i'm going with a NEL in Montevideo... (if there are only 2 legs in Uruguay)

Look at this

I think this image from the promo could be here.. this is Lujan River in Tigre,

And this is pure speculation... but if they are going in that direction i think they could be going to the pit stop, and i think this could be the pit stop:

This is Tigre Museum of Art and it's the most iconic place in Tigre.

Thanks guys, everyone here is doing a nice job.  :keeta:

Now i want to do some speculation... do you remember this photo from Harri's twitter?
http://yfrog.com/ki1s2wcj

Watching the first two episodes i found out the two people in the back are Monica and Rosy. This is because of their parkas? (i don't know how to say it in english.. their jackets?).. at the beggining i wasn't sure about the purple one, but in the second episode you can see Rosy carrying a purple parka. The person in front of them is Rick or Kathy because of the colored kind of fabric in the bag. This photo was uploaded in July 18th, so i think Monica and Rosy may be safe this third leg of the race and they were eliminated in Colonia del Sacramento or Montevideo. Also the white floor is similar to the floor of the Montevideo's International Airport. In that case Gaba and Vero are in danger.

Well now that we know there is a third leg in Argentina i think the leg we are missing is another one in Brazil. Looking at the dates when they were filming we have that the Salvador leg was in July 30th, and we have a photo from Harris at the airport (it has to be in Ecuador to take a flight to Brazil), in July 28th. The could arrive in Brazil in July 29th and have a leg near Salvador an they got in Salvador for a new leg the day after. Then they could fly to Sao Paulo.

We have another photo of production in Sao Paulo in August 1st, and the finale was in August 2nd. So i think there are 2 options. The first one is that they went from the second unknown location in Ecuador to an unknown location in Brazil, then to Salvador and then to Sao Paulo. The second option is that Salvador was the first destination in Brazil, then they went to a location near Sao Paulo and the final leg was in Sao Paulo. I think i'm going with the first one and i don't believe the Paraguay info AT ALL.

So the route could be:

FIRST OPTION

LEG 1- El Calafate, Argentina
LEG 2- El Calafate, Argentina to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
LEG 3- Buenos Aires, Argentina to Tigre, Argentina
LEG 4- Tigre, Argentina to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay
LEG 5- Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay to Montevideo, Uruguay
LEG 6- Montevideo, Uruguay to Santiago, Chile
LEG 7- Santiago, Chile to San Pedro de Atacama, Chile
LEG 8- San Pedro de Atacama, Chile to Antofagasta, Chile
LEG 9- Antofagasta, Chile to Quito, Ecuador
LEG 10- Quito, Ecuador to ????, Ecuador
LEG 11- ????, Ecuador to ????, Brazil
LEG 12.1 - ????, Brazil to Salvador de Bahia, Brazil
LEG 12.2- Salvador de Bahia, Brazil to Sao Paulo, Brazil

SECOND OPTION

LEG 1- El Calafate, Argentina
LEG 2- El Calafate, Argentina to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
LEG 3- Buenos Aires, Argentina to Tigre, Argentina
LEG 4- Tigre, Argentina to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay
LEG 5- Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay to Montevideo, Uruguay
LEG 6- Montevideo, Uruguay to Santiago, Chile
LEG 7- Santiago, Chile to San Pedro de Atacama, Chile
LEG 8- San Pedro de Atacama, Chile to Antofagasta, Chile
LEG 9- Antofagasta, Chile to Quito, Ecuador
LEG 10- Quito, Ecuador to ????, Ecuador
LEG 11- ????, Ecuador to Salvador de Bahia, Brazil
LEG 12.1 - Salvador de Bahia, Brazil to ????, Brazil
LEG 12.2- ????, Brazil to Sao Paulo, Brazil

THIRD OPTION

LEG 1- El Calafate, Argentina
LEG 2- El Calafate, Argentina to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
LEG 3- Buenos Aires, Argentina to Tigre, Argentina
LEG 4- Tigre, Argentina to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay
LEG 5- Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay to Montevideo, Uruguay
LEG 6- Montevideo, Uruguay to Santiago, Chile
LEG 7- Santiago, Chile to San Pedro de Atacama, Chile
LEG 8- San Pedro de Atacama, Chile to Antofagasta, Chile
LEG 9- Antofagasta, Chile to Quito, Ecuador
LEG 10- Quito, Ecuador to ????, Ecuador
LEG 11- ????, Ecuador to Salvador de Bahia, Brazil
LEG 12.1 - Salvador de Bahia, Brazil to Sao Paulo, Brazil
LEG 12.2- Sao Paulo, Brazil

What do you think??

I think leg 12 will be the same as TARLA 1 & 2, a double leg. So, i would say leg 11 is in Salvador or in another brazilian city, and leg 12 is either:
*Salvador as Part 1, and Sao Paulo as Part 2.
*Sao Paulo as Part 1 & 2.
*Other brazilian city as Part 1 and Sao Paulo as Part 2.

Oh yeah, i'm sure the last two episodes are one big leg. I edited the post and wrote a third option which is what you said. It's a real possibilitie that Sao Paulo is the destination for the last two episodes.

Well, this leg that we are missing in Brazil... maybe Maceió or Recife. Well, this two are the most popular city's from the northeast of Brazil!
And from the Midwest or Southeast,we have Belo Horizonte,Goiânia,Vitória and Rio de Janeiro.
And at the South we have Florianópolis.

But if we are talking about small city's from the northeast,we have Feira de Santana and Fernando de Noronha.

I think we dont go further than that city's mentioned here.

Yeah i'm thinking about small locations, cities or towns next to Salvador or next to Sao Paulo, like Buenos Aires and Tigre, they are next to each other.
