I thought the same thing Texan.  As a viewer I hope he goes, can't wait to see it happen.  From a survivor point of view . . . why would they vote him off.  Nobody (except possibly Deb & Tyson) likes him and chances are if you're in the finals with him you'd win.

JP: Next time on Survivor
Stephen in conf: Erinn can't control what she says
JP: Erinn loses ground with her new alliance
Stephen to JT & Coach: I just thought it was so tasteless
Erinn to Taj: I just hate for anything I said to send me home before Coach
Coach whacking at a branch: the dragon slayer and the dragon cane
JP: and Coach digs deep to stay in the game
Coach: hit me with your best shot Pat Benatar
(finally we see the future challenge with Coach and the yellow posts)

ONLY FIVE CASTAWAYS REMAIN IN THE QUEST FOR THE MILLION DOLLAR PRIZE AND TITLE OF SOLE SURVIVOR, ON "SURVIVOR TOCANTINS -- THE BRAZILIAN HIGHLANDS," THURSDAY, MAY 14

Honestly, the only thing that will keep coach from getting voted out is for him to win immunity or for Erinn to be really stupid.

I don't think Coach wins the challenge -- but he might get hurt in it.  If that happens, that would only increase the temptation for the others to vote him out -- a kind of mercy vote, you might say.  And it would be a mercy vote -- for us!   :funny:

I think puddin (I don't remember... sorry if it's not puddin) posted a link of survivor spoilers... and the final 4 are Erinn, Taj, Stephen & JT. I'm not sure!

I took this from an old spoiler thread...

Quote
I talked to folks who attended the December 12th symphony performance and they said Ben Wade had lost about 60 pounds since they last saw him, he was using a walking stick/cane (which he never needed before) and looked like he had been through the wringer. He has said there were would be an announcement on National TV after the superbowl that would "bring Susanville and the Symphony attention".

Maybe he did get hurt after all?  :duno:

Okay are you all ready for my SPECULATION on this weeks episode?
From the early spoilers we know that there is a scorpion sting this season.  Didn't they show the scorpion last week when Taj & Hubby were at Exile?  My guess is Coach is exiled, gets stung by the scorpion.  Not serious enought to send him home.  Then at IC, Jeff asks if he wants to "opt out", he chooses to go ahead with the challenge prompting Erinn to say the title "Martyr Approach".  He is knocked out of the comp not by a twisted/sprained ankle but from the pain of the sting.
I know her buff is placed differently when she makes the comment than during the IC comp, but she easily could have switched it right before the challenge.
Any thoughts?

They run to Coach's side as he lays on the ground  and help him to the bench says he had a back spasm

JP offers for medical to look at his back and Coach says no one is taking him out of the game

S in conf: felt bad for the guy but hes still the Dragon Slayer and if i want to win have to take out competition

JT & Stephen must have split their vote so Coach would not know who voted for him

I may be wrong but I believe JT was as surprised with Coach going as Coach was.  I don't think Stephen made up his mind till TC.  I a so glad he is finally gone!!!

My mind was all crazy and irritated with Coach and i told myself i'll stop watching this season of Survivor if it seems as though Stephen and JT are ruling the game and might even go on to win, which is so predictable.. and because of the reason that they rather keep Coach over Erinn.. i might seriously detest them.

And it seems i can continue watching Survivor.. because Coach is gone and JT and Stephen are going to turn on each other next week! I'm all for Stephen, Taj and Erinn in the F3 because i seriously cannot understand why JT is even so likable when he's seriously annoying and full of himself? Or maybe it's just my opinion.. but i just don't like him.

And OMG, i'm praying that Stephen, Taj and Erinn come together to vote out JT.. because Stephen might have realized that he will not win against JT.. thus we might have a Taj and Erinn final 2!! (Just dreaming, BUT you never know it might happen!!!)

I missed half of the show, only caught the IC onwards. Yay for JT winning Immunity, otherwise Coach will be on my screen for another week! I was truly amused during TC. Coach is honestly a big joke and he talks and talks NON-STOP. The faces of the jury were simply priceless, especially that of Brendan and Sierra. LOL! Yay, the dragon has finally been slayed.
