The Jury - so far - is Marcus, Charlie and Randy. Marcus and Charlie both like Bob and could easily vote for him against anyone left except possibly Corinne or Matty. Doesn't sound like Corinne will make it that far, not sure about Matty. Randy can't stand Susie, Sugar or Crystal. And I don't think he was crazy about Kenny either. That leaves Corinne, Matty and Bob. Who knows what Randy will do??? There is a good chance the Jury may appreciate Bob's game play. He isn't riding anyone's coattails now. He's being proactive in trying to save himself when he was nearly dead in the water. He's been good in the challenges and I don't think he has alienated anyone. If they don't vote him out soon he may just win the whole ballgame!!!

Survivor Gabon Winding Down blog

I hope you all are enjoying Survivor: Gabon. As I said in the beginning, this season is a slow burn.. and the burn is in full force now.

I think you'll like the way this season finishes. It's definitely dramatic! And while I don't have any control over who wins, I do have an opinion. My own two cents, I think we have some people who would be great, deserving winners and we have some people I'd rather not see win at all. In fact we have some folks that if they do win will make it hard for me to give them the money! It's usually that way which is part of what makes the
show fun to watch. Rooting for, rooting against. It's all good.

This Thursday's episode is one of my favorites. Loved Ones. I love love. Some people don't dig these episodes, but I think we should do it every season. It makes you remember how important your relationships are when you go without them for a month!

Thanks for all of the really nice comments about winning the Emmy. I really do believe that I am one of the luckiest guys working in television. I am the face of a great show with an incredible team and I get way more credit than I deserve. It felt very nice to log onto the MySpace page and see all the congratulatory comments.

Glad you're digging the EW.com blog as well. It's fun to let loose with some lippy opinion. For the record, I am bringing extra security with me to the live show just in case Crystal or Marcus have decided my comments deserve a beat down.

Keep the comments coming, thanks for understanding that I usually can't respond to them, but I do read them and take them to heart. Most of them anyway…!

I must say, good plan Bob. It didn't work but it is brillaint!
Kenny and Crystal should have stuck with their plan to get Matty out. I am glad it didn't work coz I like Matty. I think now thu they are screwed....

I don't see why they couldn't vote Matty-Corinne 4 to3, not understand why Crystal and Kenny had to split their vote. Even if it is 5 to 2 Corinne would still be gone isn't it? I don't get Kenny's thinking on this

I hope that Suzie, Matty and Sugar realize what happened and go after Bob, Kenny and Crystal. Maybe keep Kenny and Crystal for one week to get numbers and then pick them off to the final 3.

I hate this season and am glad it's almost over but with the remaining final six...

My picks for final 3 are Bob, Matty and Sugar. The other three can go roast in hell for all I care. I hate them with a passion.

The alliance of Marcus, Charlie, Randy and Corinne will all vote for Bob. Bob's not my original choice to win but I'll be fine with that.

Sugar is stupid and Matty is cocky.....so Bob will do for this season.

I'm just ready for Survivor 19!

I think Matty, Sugar and Susie take out Kenny this week and Crystal & Bob follow soon after in no particular order. Matty, Sugar and Susie make the Final 3 and Matty wins because Sugar's got few friends on the jury (if any) and Susie has no game play whatsoever -- other than "anyone as long as it isn't me." That worked for Sandra but I doubt it'll work here.
