That would be fine if it were an option. However, teams have to choose one team member to do each roadblock before they know exactly what it is. They typically get only very general and sometimes misleading information to help them decide who it will be. Of course they have to operate within the principle of about a 50/50 split of roadblocks between the team members.
So in this situation as applied to you, you would only know too late that it is comething you hate. I happen to think that raodblock rules and standards, particularly when there is a mismatch, leads to some of the best scenes on Amazing Races.
