OK, it's time for some tough talk about the rail posilbilities. What is the major objective of the producers for this moment startin leg 3 of ARA3? They may have a different objective, but mine would be making bunching happen. Now we have the first 6 teams all capable of taking the TN2 or SE6 trains from Saigon to Hue. Assuming that there are seats on either one, a team would have to be stupid to not take the SE6, departing 1305 arriving next day 0808. There is no point in taking the earlier-departing TN2 except money unless ARA3 directives force them to. The final two teams (Mai/Oliver and Natalie/Pailin) may be able to make the SE6 but maybe not. If not, then they are stuck with TN4, which departs at 1545 and arrives next day 1520.
What is the end result? Less bunching rather than more bunching. The only way you get bunching is if all 8 teams can make SE6. I am sceptical about the use of trains. I think it is more logical for teams to get the 36 hour extended rest in Saigon rather than not getting 24 hours extra rest so they can take a long train ride.
