I love the Kremlin clock, and the EXIF data trick! (Thanks again Puddin!)
Further down the same album (the one with rain on the "12th"), we see a Kremlin clock at 3.47pm, while the camera clock declares 7.49am. That means the camera clock was last set to EDT or AST, eight hours behind Moscow Summer Time. (Well that's assuming that people set their clocks to the correct date, but it's not that big a stretch...)
Following that train of thought, we can safely declare the rainy shot to be taken at 11.41am,
May 13th!
Somehow when you open up the EXIF data for that shot it says 3.43am on the 13th. Hmmph. Go figure. In other news, there was no overtime for the UEFA Cup finals, so starting at 7.45pm Manchester time, the results would have been declared at 12.35am, 15th May, St Petersburg time. (Add five minutes for injury time that match.) Not that it means anything...
