Shel is dragging Adam around the house.

Ryan wants to do a back workout tonight.

Adam says late night.

Shel asks Ryan about his neck and he says it is about 90% healed.

Adam wants to go lay down.

Shel needs to go use the bathroom.

Shel really believes that they put it on at 3.

They get penalized if the take them off.

Ryan is whistling and Adam is trying to dance with her and she just took of the chain so that she wasn't being twisted around is circles.

We are back and Adam apologizes to Shel.

Shel says that now she isn't going to the spa she doesn't want to. She tells Adam that is going to stay right here and not move until the POV.

He wants to go talk game and she is refusing.

Sharon is on her island eatting a turkey sandwich, looks like she isn't using a plate so that she won't have to clean it or because Shel is unable to at the moment.

Shel is going on to Adam that she just wants to get POV over with so that she knows what will happen to her next week.

Shel doesn't like what Adam si doing to her now, constantly teasing her while she is on the block.
