Well, to be honest I don't see how the trailer indicates Don/Nic behind "eliminated" to throw us off to a person who does not dissect the preview frame for frame.

When TAR wants to throw something off it's obvious to people who just see the preview...for example, in TAR11 there was that one preview where it was "so obvious" that Dustin and Kandice get yielded but in the actual episode they ended up paying Danny and Oswald to yield Eric and Daniele.

Hell remember these are the people that showed the three teams running to the mat in season 10. Even before Chateau did time estimates, we could guess by expression that Tyler & James won.

This is late, but could it be that we have completely misinterpreted Phil's remarks to TK and Rachel when they arrived at the mat in Osaka?

When he said "you are three hours behind" he meant that TK and Rachel were three hours behind the leader (Ron and Chris) and not three hours behind Don and Nick?

This would put TK and Rachel's late arrival at around 9:45PM and NOT around 11:00PM.

This would explain why the four teams seem to arrive in Taipei at the same time.

Thats what I assumed he meant, the lead teams. On the mat chat with Eric & Danielle, when he asks them if they know how far behind they are, Eric says about 12 hours and Phil says yeah.

GMAN if you were watching tonight, the pitstop release time for TK and Rachel was 1018am. You can take it to the bank that they arrived at the pitstop at 1018pm.

The speed bump was awfully quick. One mile away would be less than 10 minutes taxi time plus no more than 10 minutes to suit up protective gear, unsuit, and actually run the gauntlet. The total of 20 minutes appears a bit less than the time it took Kynt and Vyxsin in Mumbai due to the taxis fighting urban traffic.

you know guys i think the speed bump was fair, if TK and Rachel had been last to the roadblock then those precious minutes would have really delayed them.

Like Phil said in India (insider vids) the speed bump will delay them a little bit.

Thanks for all of your insight yesterday! Everyone managed to get the time line. I guess I have to work on my logic skills to figure out the placement. I was completely off yesterday. I have to say, it was worth it to see Nate and Jen outta there.

With the teams arriving at the Taipei airport between 2:51PM and 3:15PM and then catching the high speed train at 4:47, there doesn't seem to be time for the teams to first visit 101 building. Maybe the dates were confused and this was just a sightseeing visit during a 24 or 36 rest period.
