From what I saw of the promos, I saw someone with Joy's same skin tone being picked up. I'm thinking it's Joy who is injured.

yeah it was definitley Joy I could tell. But remember they always make out the preview to be a lot worse then what it really is and also maybe it isn't even her at all maybe she just like rolled an ankle or something.

I'm not shocked there wasn't a mutiny in the first episode because clearly that would have been too soon. But I think JD won't last long. Often times those that step up and take control early and often are the ones to leave sooner than later. It's is bad to standout too much.

As for you, Miss. You should know that there's more to Google searches, maps, and 3-D projections in the make-up of a good TAR detective. Attention to detail and deductions from empirical data are just as important. I've never thought of you as a loud mouth witch.

Wow. I didn't know TDT was spoiling this show. Kudos to them, I read some of their speculations.

Here are my thoughts:

For this week, Azmyth is most likely the captain. From thier pictures, we see a man in dreadlocks with the captain's hat. It seems like this is at pirate court, because the Captain only comes off deck to cut a pirate adrift.

Christian being set adrift might be correct. Their speculation on the white team (a la Outcast Tribe from Survivor: Pearl Islands) seems correct. Christian is on it. Behind what looks like JD is probably John. I can't make out how he is, and I could be completely wrong.

TDT has Sean on the red team--

But if that is the black team band on Azmyth's arm, and it is Sean carrying Joy (are we sure that is Sean?), then Sean has the same band on suggesting the same black team for him even though he is carrying Joy with a red band.

And assume black team wins with either JD or Azmyth Captain--but if JD's team wins--then I think he gets to stay Captain another week. I think you lose being Captain only when your team loses--and the new winning team chooses the new Captain.

And losing team gives us "cut adrift" candidates.

And who is this woman? Or is it even a woman??

Maybe not?

And I'm not convinced which team Laurel is on (is she at risk this week?), that the white team are the outcasts, and that Azmyth is the Captain THIS week....

but I'm still looking.

I just re-read Cameron Daddo's (why do I always want to type Daddy-o?

) TV Guide Interview and in there he says:

I think this is a confusing week but I'm going with either Christian or Laurel to go and I'm torn about the Captain thing. I think it is 50/50 whether or not JD hangs on for one more week--but if he goes, I think it is Azmyth who takes over.

I am SO sorry! I've only ever posted in the TAR threads before where spoilers are accepted everywhere so didn't realize that there were some of you who preferred not to be spoiled here. Please accept my apologies!

If you would also rather not be spoiled for where on the island they will be going in upcoming episodes, just be aware that I am posting pictures in the MAP section and in upcoming episodes too. But I'll try to be spoiler free in the Episode threads from now on.

I know this show is called Pirate Masters but you have to play it as a game as well and I don't think they are. Boy, I really blew it on the game. Due to work, sleep and hospice I had not read any of the messages after doing my picks. I did have every intention to keep up with messages and adjust my answers before the cutoff time and I know that in the coming weeks I need to find a few minutes to check messages for game answers.

It's only a game and fun playing it.

I think that they are doing the complete opposite of what they should they are kicking off weak people and people they don't like and letting themselves be manipulated because none of them the balls to take a risk and shake the game up. But then again it is early and I think that will happen very soon.
