Pardon the interruption of Flames... I saved a movie of last night's talk with Boogie and Will in the backyard about 7:35 BBT. The discussion was all about Boogie going to the final two and splitting the money. I've got it transcribed now, missing a few of the uhhuhs.. and Ok's but this is the gist of it. This precedes the big discussion in the bathroom later.
It began in the kitchen when Boogie signaled Will to go outside and the girls were in the kitchen.
Boogie: But, just so you think about it, I think she would have a very hard time beating either one of us in the finals. Let me explain why. I think that, if you go, you...you, there will be the awe of everybody. I think it will be just like 5 years ago, that people have this assumption that these people will hold some sort of grudge or something. But I think, I honestly think Marcellus would vote for you based on his parting words and his perspective that he's had time to gain a little. UMMM Dani and James are gamers and I know they respect you a lot.Obviously me and Erika. You get 4 out of 5 to win. Me I would definitely
have you and Erika, and I think James and Danielle, especially once you get done with em after 3 days or whatever it is.
Will: Umhumm...
Boogie:That might be a one vote either way, maybe a little bit of a long shot but what I'm concerned about is, I don't wanna do kind of what was currently bandied about. (Voice raising at the end.)
Will: Umhumm..(Quizzically.)
Boogie: Have her be in love you, take you, I don't even get the glory of even going to the final 2, I finish third and I went for, because you know what is important to me in this scenario. So I don't know, something for you to marinate on. She initailly, weeks ago, we stated, this was pushing for it to be tweaked. So...
Will: So she said a bonus, for.. ok, ok
Boogie: Because the math is so much more in our favor...
Will: ok, ok...
Boogie: and I just don't want to finish third. That's what I'm.... For me, you've already won this..Your in this for strictly the ...
Will: Ok Ok.. (Will talking under Boogie, I mean, I feel like...)
Boogie: I mean I hope we are going to do it on our own but...
Will: Yeah like, but it concerns me that you don't, I understand your point, but let's, let's do it. I mean I hope we are going to do it on our own.
Boogie: No I'm good...Oh I want to do it, trust me! I just...
Will: Lemme tell you what, She's a fat hog to the slaughter, (?) last night Janelle said, Look Um.. She was obviously, you know obviously I'm keeping you but like I'm really pleased with every thing, but I'm keeping... but MB likes me as a person, like he really does, like he didn't before, but he really does .. but ya know what, at this point I want to be happy, let's play, like don't pee on me during the thing.. and I said of COURSE not. But she's cool. She's cool.
B: Right, I know, I know that you, Look, I want to do it, no question...this means everything to me. But in the event it doesn't happen, here's what I'm not interested in AT ALL!, is equal and then finishing 3rd. OK, I'd rather just play it straight up.. and you and I, No matter what, no matter what we do, you and I are always going to be 50, I mean whatever portion, but I just...cause she'll win, But I'm afraid, here's what I don't want. Boogie: If she's not supportive of that and she doesn't do it and then when you beat her we aren't giving her the, I mean, I don't feel, that's not fair. The arrangement was if we were gonna do that, I was going to the finals.
Will: So.. What would be the bonus?
Boogie: I was thinking either, you know maybe the winner take half and other two split the rest of the pool. Because we, I swear Will, I think I can beat her. I know you can beat her.
Will: Ok, The way it will be explained is like look, you deserve this because..gonna crush it, all right all right, in a worst case scenario, it's not that bad a scenario.
Boogie: Right like if..but if I'm going to get boned out third, I don't want that - at all! But...
(Getting up and walking back to the kitchen.)
Will: But I mean, it concerns me that you are even thinking like that, cause don't...
Boogie: We got out hands full.(both laugh.)
Will: Don't blame Janelle.
Boogie: Yeah, no I'm not.
