I have just subscribed a magazine Sherman's Travel for high-end luxury travel (which leaves me out but it's fun to read it to learn things). One tour offered in the latest issue is in Singapore, a 3 hour $150/person, including food and transportation by
www.makansutra.com. The review of that tour says:
