Did anybody see Kelly Pickler last night on the Tonight Show (Jay Leno)? He said they were looking for a new correspondant so they sent Kelly to the red carpet of the MTV awards. OMG, she was so funny to watch. She would call out to people to get an interview and when they saw her, they'd be like "you're Kelly Pickler". I loved it. At one point Sandra Bullock came up and automatically said she should do comedies, that she is hilarious, she is hysterical. Kelly was like "I'm star struck" in which Sandra Bullock said don't be because people are star struck with her (Kelly). She was with Keanu Reeves and KP asked if he would watch her "Matrix" impression in which she went in mid-air to lay on her back and swerve some. Keanu Reeves thought she would fall and started to go and catch her if needed.
At one point, she's interviewing Christina Aguillera and she asks what's she's wearing (designer gown). She tells Kelly in which she replies "if it's not at Wal-Mart, I don't know how to pronounce it!" :lol3:
She went crazy over meeting Justin Timberlake and "melted" when he said she was cute.
The actor who plays in The Office and the movie The 40 Year old Virgin she interviewed. Or actually he took the microphone and interviewed her. She joked and asked if he's still a virgin in which he replied that he can't talk about that in front her...that it would be wierd in front of Kelly Pickler he says.
She goes hysterical over meeting Will Ferrill. He and John C. Reilly (?) are dressed up like in Nascar outfits saying how they are sweating. She says she sweating so hard she needs to wipe her armpits. Will Ferrill has like a compact pad and wipes her pits and then her face and then wipes it on his face :lol3: She's excited that WF wiped her pits and rubbed it on his face.
Yeah, I recorded it and did a semi play by play for those who didn't get to see it. I am now convinced....she IS smart playing dumb!!!! :lol:
I really did try to find a video clip online so you could watch. It really was funny! If there's anybody out there who could find it (which I'm sure there is), can you post it? Thanks!

That's GR8, RF! Thanks for sharing Kellie on the Leno show! Wish I'd thot to watch it, but i rarely watch Leno or Letterman unless I know someone I like will be on. I wanted to "catch" Taylor on Letterman. Was he ever on? I did see him on Leno and taped it....plus other shows: Fox Dayside, Extra, Access Hollywood B:) B:) B:)

It's great that Kellie is in the limelight and using her comedy talents...whether for real or whatver...she is funny and I'd love to see her in a sitcom!!

She is hilarious. What amazes me also about Kellie is this, people seem to feel she is vulnerable and feel the need to protect her. :kuss: Steve Carell for example, who said he couldn't discuss 40 year old Virgin with Kellie Pickler!
I thought the funniest thing was her description of the stars with funky lips.

Kellie was hysterical. Sandra Bullock got it right when she told Kellie she should do comedy. Looks like she's already doing it, to me. I'd watch her in whatever she does! Something about her sure reminds me of a young Dolly Parton. The only thing I didn't like was....her hair! Is that a wig, or did she go and chop it all off? :o

thats her hair...she cut it off around the time of the finale...looks BRUITAL!!!!!
She's actually quite smart...for someone from a small town she knew all the stars....minus the dude from saw 2. but i think its more the way she was raised...very simple and the fact that she says anything and everything on her mind without worrying if she will look silly.
