I think Ace is great to look at but he is boring to listen to as well as Elliott and Taylor. I wish Paris would sing songs more suited to her age. She has an awesome voice but I find most of the songs she picks to sing too big for her and I get turned off. Now I sound like Simon. B:) B:) B:) :groan: :groan:

Yeah, I agree what you say about Ace & Paris.
Elliott... probably won't be around much longer, but given he's deaf in one ear and had all the health probs since childhood, I find myself rooting for him just b/c he has the guts to forge ahead with his music in spite of his handicaps! I hope the AI experience gives him some good opportunities to further his talents more than ever. :tup:
Paris is so young to be singing such big songs, but being on AI should help promote her talents. As she becomes more mature, she has the potential to become a great performer. :tup:
Woot! TAaaylorrr! :hearts: I don't find him boring! I guess it depends on each person's music prefs according to their age & the music they grew up with. He rocks! To the younger set, I can see why he would seem boring. I love his gray hair and raspy voice, playing harmonica, dancing around. Love him! I doubt he'll be the next AI, but woo hoo from Rudaaay to Taylor!! :hearts:

As much as I like him (remember, I gave him over 100 votes two weeks ago) I think Elliott's days are numbered. He has been in the bottom three the last couple of weeks, which is usually a sign that their fan base might be weaker than others. In a case like that, the contestant usually has to have a great performance that week, to pick up votes from those who really have no favorite.
With Bucky now gone, we are left with seven really talented singers. Any one of them could go at any time, especially if they have a bad night, or their fans don't call. I still think it will be Chris, Taylor, and Kellie in the final three!!! :tup: Any of the others could go this week.

In my dreams... This is what I would like to see happen tonight. Ryan divides the Idols in the following manner:
Chris
Katharine
Elliott
Paris
Kellie
Taylor
Then he asks ACE to join the bottom 2. :doh: He doesn't know what to do... Then Ryan says to join Kellie and Taylor :cocky:

I think it's very possible she goes home though I think her fan base will give her more votes than Eliott's.

I don't know if she'll go home tonight. While she deserves to be in bottom 3, there is a site called vote for the worst and they have picked her for others to vote for. They did that with Kevin this season and that's why he stuck around longer then expected. Last season it was Scott Savol. So who knows what will happen to her but I won't be surprised if she stays.

As for Chris being in the bottom three, I thought he might end up there. The song he sang was not powerful enough. Props to him for trying something new, he should just stick to what he knows.

I agree with you Penguins. Sometimes it seems that it is like a popularity contest. I was very surprised that Chris was in the bottom 3. I pick him to win it all. I think from now to the end of the show---everyone should watch Tuesday nights show with their eyes closed and just listen. It is amazing how an awesome song/performance isn't once you don't see the cute face or pearly whites. I was scanning my new tv guide and that is how I watched the Rod Stewart song night. Most of them did a nice job singing. I hope the people that are voting for a certain contestant and if that person should win---they better buy the cd and support them. B:) B:) B:) B:)
