Are we sure that african-canadian team is FF and not MF? 4 FF teams? It could be 5 too... Dissapointed that Frankie & Ami were not voted in, but Jet & Dave is good too, I am just hoping they will not be too dominant.

thoughts - the red MM could be a father/son team.
One of the contestants, From the upcoming season
Fossil-racer - tried to see who got the packs when they went to grab them - awesome
We might have our first team from Saskatchewan, look at the flag on their bag. From Amazing Race Canada’s story
Team 5 MF also had a flag of some sort

Found it!

It's a first nation and Métis flag

Pretty convinced Team 7 (Red FF) are twins
Same shoes, backpacks, jackets and hair in a bun. Both dumped their red jackets that were at the start.
From the above article, this is Team # 5 (the First Nations team) What's on their t-shirts?

Moving this here:
The blondes (I do think they are mother -daughter) and the SK FF team!

I think these are the athletic girls - the one on the right has dark hair
I am really wanting to know these teams background stories!
MM maybe...but looks like some large earrings?

MM maybe...but looks like some large earrings?
I don't want to assume anything, but the other team member has a rainbow symbol on his fanny pack!
Maybe they are related to the LGBT+ community (or maybe it's a aboriginal symbol and I'm wrong lol)
No assumptions but this could be the term to use:I am really wanting to know these teams background stories!

Based on that sign-up board of "Dave and Irina", nice find Xoruz, we may have our first team ID! Picture looks like a good match.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irina_Terehova
Irina Terehova (Russian: Ирина Терехова; born 13 April 1989) is a Russian writer, actress and model/ She is also known as Irina Tee and founded the website of the same name. Terehova immigrated from Moldova to Canada at the age of twelve. From 2015 to 2016, she first gained notoriety as a writer for the Montreal news website MTL Blog.In 2016, she married Lethwei World Champion fighter Dave Leduc in a nationally televised wedding ceremony in Myanmar.
In 2016, Terehova met professional fighter Dave Leduc when she took a trip to Thailand. The two had never met before, but after writing a story on him on MTL Blog, Terehova decided to leave Canada and meet him in Phuket. It was love at first sight, the trip was supposed to last two weeks, but Terehova decided to stay and live with Leduc. Journal de Montreal and Huffington Post Quebec both covered her romantic exile, labeling it The Romance Story of the Year.
In 2017, Terehova and her husband started getting involved with children at NLD AIDS center in Yangon, who are infected with HIV/AIDS virus, bringing them chocolate and treats, as well as giving undisclosed donations.
I’m confused on team numbers. Are we adding Jet & Dave as team #1 or as team #10?
The first shot from the start line has the Indo-Canadian MF (short/tall) as #1.
The photo of the back packs has Jet & Dave as #1.
We might have another team. Not 100% but we'll put it here for now!
Team 3 Marsha Hudey and Kali Christ
Thanks to Linda BC2 and Plaidmoon!
An idea for athletic girls from Saskatchewan
Dark hair: Marsha Hudey, speed skating, 2017 saskatchewan female athlete of year, from White City outside Regina
Marsha Hudey looks like a match for the dark haired woman to me, especially the nose and eyebrows, though I've been wrong before. The dark haired woman appears to have large muscular legs which would fit for a speed skater.
I, myself, believe Kali Christ is her partner and they were teammates for the 2018 Winter Olympics. Both from SK and rep'd Canada.
2nd Chance Story for Kali:
https://www.620ckrm.com/2018/01/10/two-saskatchewan-speedskaters-heading-to-winter-olympics/
Tall girl (Kali?) had her hair short and pink or purple dyed section. I think Kali had cut her hair recently.
It did look like them - does Marsha wear glasses because that racer had glasses in last night
Omg I knew she looked familiar, I know this has no relevance but I meet Sarah before she came to my high school once for a presentation
Team 4 - Could they be wrestlers or boxers of some sort? I know we have a lot of athletes on the cast so far but what if?
The younger male has this edgy look and muscular build. The older male reminds me of Nick Kiniski a bit.
Food for thought....
That would make him the oldest contestant in TAR history, the current record is 72 held by a TAR Ukraine contestant. I was wondering based on the photos if we could be dealing with an age record.Team 4 - Could they be wrestlers or boxers of some sort? I know we have a lot of athletes on the cast so far but what if?

I'm trying to ID this team - the older man/younger man team. Could the older man be Alec Dewdney - over 75 yrs old, a personal trainer for the "mature" adult. He's been competing in bodybuilding since 2009. Him and another personal trainer (Dave Avery) applied for TARC in 2015. His partner now has long hair shaved on the sides and may not be the same man as in 2015 (who’s bald in current photos)
