ETA: may be wrong on the team since it was just a quick glance, but was sure that it was only one team on there and definitely sure that there was a Yield sign for HaMerotz (since lol Hebrew signage)

I've asked for more information. Panglao is on an island 300 or 400 miles south of Manila. I assume he was in Manila, but I've asked about that too. Possibly he saw they leaving the hotel yesterday. They would have been long gone 8 hours ago.

Update: About 40 minutes ago, he posted a 71 second periscope video at https://www.pscp.tv/w/1zqJVOnlRnDxB (https://www.pscp.tv/w/1zqJVOnlRnDxB). It's just him wandering around a pool at what could be a hotel. I don't see anything going on that looks like it could be TAR related. However, from the caption, it looks like it might have been filmed in Panglao. That's a bit confusing. Maybe it's a local Amazing Race. Or maybe TAR Israel.

Hi, those are definitely not Chilean license plates, but rather from Ecuador.

We have 6 returning teams and 6 new teams.

I believe the 6 new teams are as follows:
Gilli/Talli - MF Team
Purple MF Team
Blue MF Team (Spotted in Bohol and Chile at Night Domino Task) I'm going to see if I can find a better pic.
FF Team - Never Spotted
MM Team - On the Yield Board - The Green Backpacks are theirs.
Blonde FF Team - Spotted at the start and Bohol
