If no...then this was a VERY bold move to
1) get the guys on his side from freeing them from Lucy's tyranny
2) get Jess and Sunday on his side for saving them

WOW... i didn't see that coming. At first i confused why Jess got 5 votes, then i rewatch the episode, It was Ken who voted for Jess. I guess he mad and lost his trust to her, i totally understand that. Little disappointed with Jess because she told Lucy about Ken.

I don't know if it was the right move by David, saving Jess with his idol. I think he knew there will be tribe switching soon. But i like him even more now :hrt:

I'm really rooting for Jessica, so I'm glad about her staying, especially instead of purple dictator Lucy. :lol:
This was an amazing move for David. If Jessica was voted out, he/Ken/Cece would go next. Even if he wouldn't have been the first choice amongst the three, he'd be losing the only people that truly had his back and were allies. Now he has successfully solidified a majority with Jessica, who will be eternally grateful and realise who was actually lying to her face.
Even if they were expecting a swap the following round, from David's perspective it's much more beneficial to possibly end up on a tribe with Jessica rather than Lucy. And like I said Jessica will now forever be his close ally!
Amazing gameplay by Ken & David so far, struggling in the minority since the first days and now managing to come into powrer!
