I wasn't sure where to put this, so I'm starting a new topic for this. Here's an interesting pair of tweets from a producer director of some of the international TAR editions:
Michael McKay @McKayActivetv 4h
Big week with 2 versions of The Amazing Race agreed for production in 2014 and 2 more likely. Busy, busy

Channel 7 have opted to produce The Amazing Race Australia season 3 in house
I was going to suggest that TAR Australia wasn't one of the 4 versions he was referring, but I've changed my mind about that. Michael McKay lists Australia, Asia, Israel and the Philippines as the versions he has worked on. Since we already know about TARAus and TARA, I'm guessing that means TAR Israel and TAR Philippines are very possible.

ActiveTV was also involved with (though not solely responsible for) the Norwegian and Ukrainian versions, and IIRC was consulted on Vietnam's race too.

With the successful season of TAR VN, I think TAR VN 3 will take place next year.
-
You forgot the Canadian version.
-
I didn't think about the Canadian version but that's a good point. I was thinking he was referring mainly to Asian/Australian versions, probably including the Ukraine.

Beside that in the top post, TAR Australia season 3 will be going to produce earlier this year, and in addition, The second season of TAR Philippines has announced a couple of days ago, both produced by same company above.
As you mentioned above from McKay's tweet, there are 2 seasons that will going to be produced.
-
^There are two seasons that are confirmed to be produced, and there might be two more, therefore you shouldn't rule out the others.
And also like he said, TARAus3 is in house so they are NOT the two seasons confirmed because ActiveTV will not be producing TARAus3.

What company will produce TARAus3? How will affect the changes in production and the way will the audience critique it. Hmmmm ??? ??? ??? ???

7 is producing TARAus 3 inhouse  Hopefully nothing much changes honestly.
-
We'll see about that. :) :)

I haven't heard anything about a possible new version of TAR Ukraine, but I suspect recent events outside the realm of television networks and production schedules may be putting a crimp in any plans along those lines.
