This will be more important than ever this season since Canada will be airing ahead of us any week we have Sports delays.

SO!! If you are watching anything but an EST US feed, it is your responsibility to be sure you are not ahead of us if you want to post/update in this thread. Other feeds may be way ahead of us.

SO PLEASE ** NO OUTCOMES ** to be posted before the show is done airing East Coast time!

The Bushwhackers are heading back to find a boat in a place that I'm not gonna try to spell the name of. They've been racing for 30 hours or so.

Back at the longhouse, Jason and Amy are team number 2 and still racing. They claim that they knew they would still be racing because the sun is still out.

A recap of needing to go to Solidarity Square in Gdansk, Poland.

All teams bar last (Nicky & Kim?) get a quick recap of opening their clues.

The boat back to the mainland does not depart until 8:30 PM, so all teams are going to catch up.

Nicky and Kim are really laying on how tired they are.

The girls pull a mini Lucy & Emilia when they learn they are still in it.

Al teams are on the boat, the trip will take 34 hours, apparently.

Teams now flying to Gdansk from Trondheim. I wish Bolo was here to try and pronounce those.

Teams are in Poland! The Ice Girls and The Cousins are first out the gate, but the lead is marginal, Tim & Marie bringing up the rear. All getting taxis to Solidarity Square.

"A lot of teams are trying to play nice and not U-Turn anybody, but... that won't be the outcome. It could be a bloodbath" -One of the (brothers?) M/M teams that aren't the cousins.

Ice girls and cousins are at th ewrong place, so it'll be Bloodbath Quote Guys are first to the square. Their clue tells them to go to the Golden Gate to find their next clue.

The Ice Girls have ended up with "Pinky & No-Brain" -Leo or Jamal at the wrong place.

Bloodbath Guys (TIM AND DANNY!) get to the clue first. It's the Detour- Pose or Polka.

Pose requires teams to copy the stance of a bronze statue of Neptune to earn tips for their next clue.

Polka requires teams to learn a folk dance in full costume for their next clue.

The Bushwhackers don't know where the Golden Gate is. They've called for help and gotten the cab of one of the other teams, who has told them he doesn't know where it is. Much surreptitious thumbs-upping was exchanged.

The ER Docs are Polka-ing, Nicky and Kim are Posing and one team in between is Polkaing. I missed them.

Ice Girls, Pinky and No-Brain and The Cousins are lost and confused.

The Bushwhackers have finally gotten directions.

Tim and Danny are proposing to rock off for the girl costume. One of them claims the other is a much more attractive female.

Tim is struggling with the lift, but I think Danny isn't jumping enough to help, I think.

ER Docs are ready to start dancing and The Baseball Wives are figuring out their pose. The black one pieces aren't really helping their case by being as unflattering as possible. They'd have had much better luck in their normal outfits.

The Bushwhackers are going to dance, and the cousins are still lost, having "been down this road twenty times"

No-Brain suggests the reason they are lost is "Because we are in Poland."

ER Docs look uncertain, but not as uncertain as my feed, which decided to not go for a few minutes.

ER Docs have elected not to U-Turn.

Jason and Amy have reached The Long Building and are looking for the clue box. Pinky & No-Brain are not keen to run around the whole thing and want to find the main entrance. It's worked and they find the clue quickly.

ROADBLOCK: Teams must, using 12 addresses provided, find one apartment containing the correct flavoured donut. Teams may be penalised for bad manners.

Pinky & No Brain didn't wear their costumes to the Roadblock, so now everyone knows they have used their Express Pass.

The donuts apparently taste really good, and Jason is teaching No-Brain the polka dance.

Ice girls have finished dancing, leaving the cousins behind.

Travis is gonna do the Roadblock and takes the stairs. Kim takes the elevator instead, but not the correct donut. Kim thinks the elevator is faster, so Travis hits the call button on every floor while he takes the stairs. Kim declares that Travis was supposed to be a gentleman as the best friends arrive. The girl does the roadblock. The cousins U-Turn the Bushwhackers and head off to the second detour.

Ice girls move on in 6th place, and Brandon and Adam are done with their dance.

She's enjoying the donuts, and Tim is getting started, not used to running in a dress.

Nobody is having much luck, but Travis has gotten the right donut and told it to the girls as he passes, honoring their agreement.

Teams must now search for Phil on the longest wooden pier in Europe (Sopit Pier)

The last team to check in there may be eliminated.

ER docs are out of the Roadblock first, Tim & Marie and Jason & Amy not far behind at all.

The Cousins are doing reasonably well at posing.

Brandon and Adam have found their U-Turn, and have declared it "weak" that Leo and Jamal have U-Turned them (One day, one of the teams will realise that it's a move that is done purely to keep them in the race... One day *wistful sigh*)

The Cousins have enough money to move on, they've got a cruicial break on the Bushwhackers who are just arriving at the task.

Three teams are neck and neck to the Pit Stop. Pinky claims she's going to have simultaneous heart attack, panic attack, vomit and pass out. That's talent.

Travis says that it's rough using the EP and not winning the leg, but really- How many times has a team used the pass AND won the leg? It doesn't seem to occur as often as intuition says it should.

The Russell Hantz "Surely You Saw This Coming" Award goes to Ally and Ashley. The Ice Girls have come 7th in the last four legs, and by my calculations, 7th is last next week.

The Kynt Award for Best Feminine Clothing on a Male goes to Tim for his wonderful portrayal of a Polish Polka Princess.

Might I say this was better than the premiere and Leg 3 in Lisbon. First off, I'd like to comment Gdansk has some beautiful architecture that has a mix of the old (Detour and U-Turn location) and the new (Roadblock at record-length apartment complex). Really great place to see and visit. However, the Detour didn't really show it. I expected better in a wonderful country like Poland than choosing between standing like a statue or dancing like the Baroque.

"Pose", doesn't look too difficult... wrong! You could see Nicky & Kim and Brandon & Adam shaking and falling off that soapbox stand, but I don't like the concept of earning money this way. It provided a nickel-sized amount of entertainment and it felt like the TAR21 Dutch jukebox Detour choice all over again. "Polka" is fun and exciting, especially when the camera coins Nicole's smile during her finish on the ERs' first attempt. Nonetheless, it's not really that original or culturally unique. You could do the same thing in Greece, Sweden, or Serbia and still have the same fun.
DETOUR SCORE: 7/10

The Roadblock was great! "You can be penalized for bad manners!" :lol: Teammates going into random residents' homes to sample paczkis was really a great round of fun. Something great for TAR23 to remember by. This looks super difficult as the apartment complex is over the stretch of almost 10+ American football fields. The only criticism I can think of is the music played. I wish they added some of the tensionful and adventurous soundtracks from TAR13 in Kazakstan or Russia during this task being aired. (Resident that looks like Wynona as the clue giver! :hearts:)
ROADBLOCK SCORE: 9/10

Sopot Pier is stunning. A must visit if you are willing to get a close-up of the notable Baltic Sea. Sadly, Brandon & Adam being eliminated was really disappointing.
PIT STOP SCORE: 8/10

Laughing at the Polka detour and suffering when teams couldn't get money faster in the Pose one.
Feeling bad for Danny at the Detour , poor guy

Looking at Tim&Marie, Ashley&Ally and Leo&Jamal struggling to find the monument at the beginning :yess:

The idea of the Roadblock taking place in random houses of a regular citizen in the department building was so cool! :yess:

Tim&Marie wasting their Express Pass to avoid a possible U-Turn without even doing the first one :yess:

Nicole&Travis getting the second express pass :yess:

Amy sort of betraying Marie at the Roadblock by helping Travis :yess: And Marie surprisngly loosing it because of it :stare

Triple Footrace to the Pitstop! :yess:

Tim&Danny surprisingly surviving the leg after all the predictions :stare

Brandon&Adam leaving after winning the last leg :stare That's sad because they didn't made big mistakes they were u-turned which cost them the race... Damn you Leo&Jamal! (:;)

I think I might be starting to like Marie... She's an utter trainwreck, but it definitely makes this season very fun to watch.

Still waiting for Jason & Amy to get 1st... They've been very close a couple of times!

EDIT: Just remembered a couple more things.

Travis hitting the buttons on the elevator was smart, and really funny. :funny: AND WHY DID TIM & DANNY DECIDE TO USE THE U-TURN? I thought it was an utter waste. Leo & Jamal haven't even done particularly well yet!

I love the Roadblock especially! It's so random, yet it's so uniquely Poland.. and it's GREAT to see how all the teams have such nice manners when visiting the homes of others. It's a great task and it's nice to see teams not stressing out and enjoying the local hospitality.

On a second note, Tim and Danny... LOL to all of you who thought they were going to get U-TURN and eliminated.

Nicky and Kim finishing Detour in first place is.. :ascared :ascared :ascared :ascared :ascared

And them running past the U-TURN board = :groan: :groan: :groan: :groan: :groan:

Ally and Ashley getting 4 7th placing... wow, we have a Meredith and Gretchen record to beat here!

The Detour was a matter of luck and skill... there was no way I would have went to the dancing. If you have never dance before, stick to the luck task... especially it's in the middle of a square where tourists and loads of people are around. I don't know why Brandon and Adam switched Detours. That cost them really. Honestly. Even if Leo and Jamal didn't U-TURN them, Ally and Ashley would have told Leo and Jamal the clue when they see them at the Roadblock (should they meet)... so it's Brandon and Adam's leg to lose really.

Tim and Marie using Express Pass, was honestly, the BEST decision ever. They literally went from last to first, then went on to win a leg. If they had not used it, they would have been U-TURNed, and then they will still need to use it in the end, and then they won't even have a chance to catch up to win first place.

Time for Jason and Amy to win a leg soon! There are my favourite team to watch this season. And Nicole and Travis managed to get the second Express Pass! Wow. Thank goodness the editors didn't reveal it last leg! <3 So shocked to see it at the beginning of the episode!

All in all, a really good episode. Am sad to watch Brandon and Adam go, considering they loved the race and they loved the adventure. At least they won $5,000 dollars each before leaving! <3

-The roadblock was great! :hrt: "Penalty for bad manners" rule played a good role for the roadblock. :D
-The pit stop was beautiful. :colors
-I remember the episode outro music was also good! :)

I just wished they showed what time the teams got to the Viking Longhouse.
It's such a pity to see the bunnies lose their chance for a win, but they did a great job compared to the previous leg. :hoot:
A lot worse than the bunnies, it was extremely pitiable to see Brandam go. :torche Never expected that. :(
Glad my spec was wrong about Tim & Danny going home. :lol:

Things that I noticed after this leg: (most of you might've noticed them too)
-Jason & Amy placing 2nd 3 legs in a row.
-Ice Girls placing 7th 4 legs in a row.
-ChesEph and Brandam fell from 1st to last. :torche Sad to see both of them go. :(
-1st time for this season that someone was eliminated at daytime.
