he released a video a week or two ago with him dressed as a zombie titled "GAY ZOMBIE", as well as talking about it in a video where he discussed relationship problems. it's not a secret, I just don't think he sees a reason to talk about it, it wouldn't be relevant if he did so he just doesn't do it.
I love this team because of their enthusiasm. maybe they're famewhoring, but they also seem like they're legitimately enjoying the race and I appreciate that a lot.
Another "What If" scenario for this team:
If Meghan did NOT wait for Mona at the Roadblock, and did NOT get lost to the B-52 Memorial, they could have easily taken first because Pam and Winnie messed up once at the Detour AND not get U-Turned.
Then that makes it a "probable" first place if they hadn't messed up too. :PAnother "What If" scenario for this team:

One thing that bothers me though is that it seemed like they just got brainwashed by John and their purpose of the racing is now to get rid of Bates&Anthony instead of just having fun and exploring the world. ...
They need to realize that they and some other teams did beat Bates&Anthony at certain legs before, which means Bates&Anthony are actually beatable.
And also I won't get over the fact if they ended up using another U-TURN in Scotland. Maybe it's just me, but I personally find it very "unfair" knowing a team can utilize a U-TURN twice,regardless the kind.

Their fans are obviously going to attack Max & Katie, Pam & Winnie and Bates & Anthony because of what they did to Joey & Meghan... doesn't surprise me at all.

Because Max & Katie were making fun of John & Jessica after they got eliminated... and then the whole U-Turn drama. And then the fingering on the train. And just a general attitude towards Meghan & Joey. From Meghan & Joey's prospective, there's lots to dislike about what Max & Katie did.
Max & Katie could have U-Turned Bates & Anthony, but I doubt they would have known to do that because TAR21 hadn't finished showing when TAR22 started filming. TAR21 was the first time someone used the U-Turn like that, so I doubt that would have even crossed their minds.
Maxie could've sealed Joey&Meghan's fate by U-TURN-ing Bates&Anthony. But they didn't. They just U-TURN-ed The Roller Moms and let them both battle it out. Joey&Meghan DID have a glimpse of hope to survive, actually.

I have never been so happy to see a team go home (aside from Dave/Connor :smoke). The meltdowns their fans are having are giving me so much life right now. On the other note, I'm proud that these guys made it this far. :)
I think haterz is a strong word, Laimis. It's just exactly like when you don't like one or two teams in a season, and it's Joey & Meghan that fill that position for me.
I think it's just funny to see their fans--not RFF fans, obviously--to say something, "Goodbye, TAR, you lost half of your viewers." or something like that. It's just... I don't know.

Even if Joey & Meghan had won, it wouldn't have been enough to salvage an historically terrible season with a rotten and terrible cast.
Thanks to Joey & Meghan for being kind and respectful to the locals, and for being a bright spot in a miserable and wretched season that I consider to be tied for worst season of all-time.

Joey: We were obviously really sad but we made it a lot further than either of us expected. We were obviously really proud of ourselves. Making it 10 out of 12 legs isn't bad.

Meghan: Joey is way more of an aggressive driver than I am and I'm actually pretty good at reading directions. I never thought that, that would be a strong point for me. And, we definitely know each other's distinct foot odor. We also learned how to trust each other a lot more. In the beginning we second guessed each other sometimes but as it progressed we got a rhythm going.

Joey: I think always being super thorough with everything. Even if you think you have the best flight don't settle.
Meghan: Which we had been doing, but this time we didn't and it was our downfall.

haven't posted in quite a while, but I felt rather strongly about this. I know Meghan and Joey had their share of supporters (including me) but I was quite surprised and rather dumbfounded by the many negative comments and (I almost want to say) hatred that they received. I actually expected not to like them, but immediately had to revise my opinion and was very fond of them by episode 3. Of course, I wasn't there personally, so don't know what might have happened off camera, but from what I saw on the race and also during their recaps (which I highly recommend) they came over as very pleasant and fun people. Just my two cents ...
I got used to it in the end. :lol3: They are just a fun loving team and I grew to adore it eventually. So much better to watch a positive team than the moms, who were like nothing but competitive and slightly mean/evil towards the end.True. Joey and Meghan were somewhat childish, but at least they weren't acting all cutthroat and bickery.
For all fans, Joey & Meghan were nominated "Best Dynamic Duo" in the CBS Fan Awards!This scares me somewhat... :crazy: :iok:

what does fashion sense have to with dynamic duo? :lol: And I didn't ever hear them whining, except when Joey had to touch a scorpion, so that means constantly? Btw Max&Katie weren't mean and the moms were mean? Just look the insider videos and rewatch all the episodes, and notice how Max&Katie blathered about Joey&Meghan almost all the time.
