The bungy jump is from TAR 3 with Derek and Drew at the Red bridge in Niouc. There is also Fran's bungy jump from TAR 9 in Greece. Art & JJ in Salta and Kevin and Gerard, also from TAR 3 in Wailua Falls. In this promo the only new scenes from TAR 21 are from the start line and the first task and maybe the generic pictures of the Russian soldiers and Moscow.
Maybe I'm wrong but the church in 31-32 looks a lot like the same in TAR9 russian leg.
I kinda curious anyway, why the producers release scenes from previous seasons, with only the Starting Line scene from this season? It's not usual if we compare it to the previous seasons pre-race videos that shows the scenes only from that season. Is it connected to the location(s) in this season? No! Because there are some location that we know not visited in this season. Maybe there are some kind of good explanations why? ???

It happened for TAR20 as well remember, the first promo was a 'Amazing 20 Seasons' with flashbacks from other seasons, and in it was a shot of the teams at the Starting Line which we figured out was TAR20

It's Saint Basil's cathedral in the middle of the Red Square. The most characteristic landmark of Moscow. And it was the place of the fake pitstop in TAR 9.

Boingo, I'm pretty sure we've seen that museum and that canal area before in TAR 4 (Tian and Jaree being lost, perhaps? or maybe that was where all the TAR 4 teams were rowing to for a route marker) but I can visualize the clip in my mind without having to go look at the episode; so whatever is going on, seems as if the Race has been there before.
Can we match the skyline though??

The white building in the pic, listed as the Maritime Museum in the map,
is the Sheepvaart Museum, the same place where teams had to pick up their next clue after made their way by boat to that place in TAR4.

Why do you think the TAR12 roadblock could not be repeated? They can use the same supplies and location easily.

hmmm... the more I look at their promo pix, it does look like the bridge pic was taken before the race. Except for the different colored scrunchie, the outfits are identical. Add to that they live in Edgewater, NJ (just down from the bridge), the NJ location shot make sense. Too bad, I was hoping for a spoiler.
