Ashley telling Janelle how bad Joe feels about his ciggy deal with JoJo. Janelle says Frank put Joe up to it. If the vote is 5-2 and Shane finds out and wins the HOH--Joe is going up. The girls say they have their work cut out for them and Frank is very sneaky.

He says he wold nominate Joe an Wil. He told Frank he was safe. He says he told Boogie if he wins, his team is safe. Brit thought something would happen this week since she was losing two players. They feel for Dan, but thinks he did it to himself based on players he chose.
They just need for Shane to win hoh or pov or Brit to win cc. Brit says the key is to get their teams to go after each other.

Feed Flip to Frank and Dan, Frank says he's dialed back his workouts. He says at first he was going to keep doing them but then he thought they would start noticing. Last year He put up 25lbs. Dan asks how did he prepare. Did he rip through the episodes. He read Machiavelli. Normally he is a nice guy. Dan says being mean makes good tv but doesn't help you win.
Dan says his biggest worry about coming in was people taking out his people because of him.
Frank: This has been a pretty good twist but it almost screwed me over last week. Brit is there too, she says it has screwed her over big time.
