The next series is currently being filmed with a part of the race being in South Africa. The day that Willie drove by, the crew of The Amazing Race were setting up one of the challenges there. " The photographs were taken on Monday, 10 December 2012. I was at the Bloukrans bridge at about 12h00. This bridge is close to Plettenberg Bay in the Southern Cape of South Africa. There were two numbered vehicles (large number displayed in the window - something like 5 and 6) parked close to the area where jumpers put on their harnesses before jumping. There were some amazing race crew around, some had identification tags on - but they did not look very approachable. The locals working at the bungy operation confirmed that the competitors in an amazing race were going to arrive at the bridge at an estimated time of 15h00 that afternoon. I was traveling between meetings and could unfortunately not hang around for another three hours - would have been brilliant to see and actual portion of the race in action."

They were taken in the Spice Souk in Dubai.
The couple in the race seemed to be trying to post a letter in a mailbox while the TV crew took their video. Then the couple ran off followed by the TV crew.
There wasn't any dialogue that I could hear.

Subtitles would be great, but we know that is an enormous amount of work.Yeah, it's a huge work because one episode lasts almost 2 hours, and so far team of translators consists of... er... 1 person (me, who's extremely busy sometimes), as well as team of editors (who consists of Vigik only). Unfortunately, no more people are interested in translating that show (so far), but we would like to try anyway. I don't know how much time it would take. Let's say we'll make subtitles for ep1 and look at amount of downloads.

I bet people on this version of the show have mad difficulties with the language barrier. I doubt any one in Sri Lanka speaks Ukranian (or any Cyrillic language) and there's no way anyone on the race speaks Hindi.

The biggest difficulty of leg 3 was definitely manure.

Last time there was no "You can only use your own camera" rule, but this time it was forbidden to use someone else's devices. It wasn't explained, just stated. Different legs - different rules. This actually sucks because Anna and Roman lost because of that. And M&M's lost much time too.

Why did Valeria & Bohdana shave three locals' heads? Did the young boy not count for some reason?The young boy didn't count because teams had to shave only those locals who were "marked" with yellow/red armlet. I guess "marked" locals were part of production crew or something like that, I mean, they knew they would be shaved. However Boobs picked the young boy which had no armlet, therefore it did not count. When girls realized they misread the rules, they asked him to leave and it sounded a little bit rude. After the girls completed the task, they regretted their behavior and bought some candies for all the children there.
Is there a reason why teams don't always leave the pitstop in the same order they arrive in?Maybe there is, but it's not explained to the viewers.
They can't have a MFE penalty for the final leg, can they?I hope so, however it makes the next leg senseless. Until it's a double-length leg though.

Basically, I'm missing a few Roadblock prompts from this season. Those are the questions they ask before they decide who does the Roadblock, like "Who's ready to learn to fly?" In some cases the questions were written on screen so I could get them, but sometimes they only speak it.
I'm not sure if you can help with this, but I figured I'd ask anyway. I still need the ones from Episode 1, 4, 8, and the /second/ one from episode 6
I can't write it down even with a Ukrainian keyboard.
