'Survivor' Winner Jailed - Under the Influence

Judson Birza, the winner of "Survivor," season 21 in Nicaragua, was arrested Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us cops noticed Birza at around noon riding a skateboard in the street -- which is illegal. They stopped Birza, noticed he was acting strangely, and determined he was under the influence.
Santa Monica police arrested Birza and took him to the station, where he was booked (see mug shot above) and jailed.
Birza was also booked for an unrelated DUI warrant as well as a probation violation.
He's currently being held on $37,000 bail.

Judson "Fabio" Birza -- who won $1,000,000 on the most recent season of "Survivor" -- walked right out of jail and into a white stretch limo last night ... minutes after he was released from the Santa Monica police station.
As we previously reported, Birza was hauled to the slammer last night after cops arrested him on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance ... while skateboarding.
Fabio told us, "Dude, this is such bulls**t ... I got treated like a baby."
Moments after he got into the limo -- Birza and his buddies popped a few Tecates to celebrate his newfound freedom.

Personally, I think this is hilarious! A DUI on a skateboard. Just seem pretty ridiculous to me and looks worse for the Santa Monica Police Dept to me.
If you didnt know that Fabio was a stoner by the end of the first episode.....where have you been living? He just said so many dumb things at the first and did dumb things. As time passed and he proceeded further through "Surivivor Rehab", his speech got better, his physical coordination got better and the really started thinking better.........

Guess number one -- the charges will end up being dropped.
Guess number two -- Someone, probably family or agent is going to be pointing out to him how things look to others, and that it will not help him get work as a model or as an actor.
We'll see, though. I don't expect him to end up like Richard Hatch or that BB winner.......

thank's for the great find will.. i love fabio he is so funny. btw i got arested for riding my bike on the side walk one time and had to go to criminal court for the ticket, wth i feel for him , and also i was late paying a fine and went to pay it and they put me in holding like that for like 5 hrs for no reason, this is east coast i guess from sea to shining sea all cops/ jail ppl r on a power trip.. :meow: :meow: :flipper
