Nice list!! Great to see a master list of all of them together. :hearts:

Wow, I never knew Portugal was so popular with TAR

I am still working on a couple of "cities," and will edit them in when I hear back.

Kris Buehler
So Jon and Kris (TAR 6) finally tied the knot. Didn't know that. I remember hearing they were finally engaged, but not that the wedding had taken place. (Still one of my favorite TAR teams, btw.)
And I was glad to help you get this started; although trying to remember this particular set of details up to ten years later is tough, let me tell you!

I might have assumed to much, but Jon and Kris have a joint facebook page and Perkins isn't on it. They don't live in Scottsdale anymore either.
It is pretty funny, but the people I sent inquires to and thought would answer, didn't respond back. People I didnt think would respond, answered back almost immediately. One just never know. You and Tammy Gaghan were the best help. One very respected winner took about 3 days to respond and then gave me the wrong town. LOL He was in the right country, just said a town on the opposite side of the country. I sent inquires to about 3/4 people on each race, well all except for TAR8. Tammy answered right back, just as you did. The hardest thing was finding out their last names so I could find them on Facebook.......but it was fun looking.

Me neither and I'm from Portugal! LOL

>DeadBump<
Any updates to this list? Does anyone perhaps know any for foreign editions?
-
TAR 18 was in Thailand.....so I will edit the list. I guess it is time to start sending inquiries out again and try to update to TAR 22.
-
No need for inquiries. I have the last sequesters and will be glad to share them...ONCE I am sure they are not being used again. ;)

Guys, what's actually the difference between Sequestorville and Elimination Station? Is it just because the matter of videos being released by CBS or not?
-
Yes, the matter of videos being released by CBS.
-
Same thing, different names. When there were vids, CBS used "Elimination Station"....which always made me think of an outhouse. :lol3:
-
I remember in S11's ES when Rob pushed Mary in the pool :lol3:
-
How long is the stay in Sequesterville usually? (For the first eliminated team, who're there the longest)
-
I wasn't following TAR as closely in the early seasons as I do now, but my impression from hanging around here is that the race took longer in the early seasons than they do now. Maybe 27-30 days at first versus 21-23 days now. If you allow a couple of days of the first leg and a day or so to travel to the Elimination Station/Sequestorville and and a couple of days travel to get to the finish line, then you get 22-25 days for the first team in the early seasons versus 16-19 days now. That's a rough estimate. You could add or subtract a day or two without surprising me. Eric and Lisa from Season 15 that got eliminated at the starting line would probably been sequestered as long as any team in more recent TAR history, but they opted not to go to the Elimination Station and went on their own trip to India (I think it was India).
-
They still do that in recent seasons?
-
Do what? ???
-
Do what? ???
Take people to the Sequestervilles/E.Stations
-
Just the first 5 eliminated things normally. The fourth to sixth place will be decoys! :)
-
Or just 4 and 5,,depends on where they are.

What did you think happened to teams when they were eliminated?
-
If this means the 4th, 5th and maybe 6th place finisher, it is my understanding that after elimination they travel with production to the the places where the 9th, 10th and 11th legs are held and then precede the Final 3 to the final city for their decoy roles.
-
Yeah , i got it. I just thought they were brought back to the US , since the ES is not showed in , anymore!
