I tried google translating the last phrase (apparently Malaysian) and got "bleh hold THEY all ni .." which doesn't mean much to me.

"Sapi Island is just a 15-minute boat ride away from Kota Kinabalu. It is famous for its calm crystal clear water, which is an excellent choice for snorkelling and diving."
From the pictures, it looks like it would be a good place to dive for a flag or perhaps dig for one on the beach.

I don't surprise they visit singapore twice since it's a country.Hong Kong is a city where they has visited twice already,I don't think they will choose it for three times continuous ,if they want to go to china,they may choose Beijing or Shanghai.Since TARA has just been to Hong Kong last season ,I think it's TAR.

The first one is from a woman that lists Kuala Lumpur as her location. She says she's at the airport (doesn't say which one). Looking over the last 2 weeks or so of tweets, she doesn't mention travelling, so I'm guessing this is the Kuala Lumpur airport. It was written 2 to 3 hours ago.
Amazing race people are just zipping about the airport. I'm tempted to trip them.
The second one was from a woman in Malaysia (no more specific location given) and was written about an hour ago. It was in English, though most of her other tweets are in Japanese. It doesn't help us much since it says very little.

actually i'm a worker in the market. i did saw 7 teams before i leave the market. the 7th team that managed to arrive is about 1.30am.
their task is to eat 200 chicken meatballs. the first team that managed to arrive is malaysian team. but i'm just guessing bcause 1 of the team member looks like a malay and his name is hairie. and the other 1 is a chinese guy.
i do not know where they are from before arrive at the market. and where are they were heading to after completing the task because i already leave the market at 2am.
he has also sent a detailed list of the teams he saw, which I will post shortly in the contestant thread!!

My fren just got back from KK this morning and I asked if he saw any of the TARA folks. He didn't see any of the teams but was on the same flight as Allan (KK -> SG) and met him when they were checking in luggage. He didn't even know if Allan was filming TARA :lol:

Emmy-award-winning show The Amazing Race passed through Invercargill yesterday, understood to be filming for the next instalment of the global phenomenon.
While people on the ground refused to confirm the show's presence, at least four Maui campervans with yellow and black Amazing Race envelopes on their windscreens were parked at the Invercargill Airport yesterday afternoon.
Camera crew were also seen filming teams of two as they exited flights from Christchurch, the first about 3.30pm, and the second at 4.20pm.
The people were filmed running from the airport building and around the carpark before climbing into the campervans and leaving the airport.
One crew member said they were filming a travel show.
The campervans left Invercargill on State Highway 6.
It is unknown which version of the show was filming in Invercargill.

The Amazing Race moved through Arrowtown yesterday morning before heading to Queenstown Airport yesterday afternoon.
While no-one will confirm it is the popular television show, the Otago Daily Times understands Destination Queenstown and Lakes Property Management had been involved in the seeking of permission for filming, including inside the historic post office in Arrowtown and along Buckingham St between 9am and noon yesterday.
It is also understood participants had to try to kick a rugby ball through goal posts at the Queenstown Events Centre on Monday, before heading to Coronet Peak.
Yesterday, the ODT saw two teams of two people entering the post office, camera crews in tow, and leaving moments later.
One of the teams, comprising two women, asked for directions to a travel agent.
One woman mentioned going to Australia.
About 1.40pm yesterday, another team with two cameramen was spotted in central Queenstown.
Lakes Property Services managing director Joanne Conroy said the company granted permits for filming around the district, and only one permit was active at the moment.
She said that request for filming had come from Destination Queenstown and was understood to be part of its international media programme.

More info on NZ from someone who knows...

1st team was a couple of American (i think) dudes, the chicks in 2nd, a well spoken Asian couple was 3rd, only caught a glimpse of 4th & 5th but last place was two Asian girls who seemed to be struggling and didn't seem to be great with English. I also know the team that came into town 5th had some troubles, drove the wrong way down the main street, got stuck panic'd etc and ended up trying to do a u-turn on the main street and had to get help from a local to get the campervan off the main street, so they were penalized for allowing someone else to drive their car as well as for breaking the law by driving down the main street so they would have been struggling to stay in it.

Based on tweets above, I checked to her twitter account, and she said that she knew TARA will visit Lombok from her friends who worked for Indonesia's Ministry of Culture and Tourism..

yes, i got that tweet too. well, i've asked to him. he said that, he was in gili trawangan, riding a Cidomo (cart pulled by a horse or something like that). and he saw 3 teams were riding Cidomo too, race to the pitstop. (end zone means pit stop - i think-). And the pitstop was in the east of island, it's still around Gili Trawangan...

unfortunately he didn't describe the three teams..he got a very bad short term memory :(
and i also got tweets that cabio has mentioned on previous page. there are 2 possibilities: they had a leg in Jakarta, or else they made Jakarta as a transit city. If they had a leg in Jakarta, Kemang (South Jakarta) will be one of several route markers that appear in the race (maybe)
anyway, I've been around south Jakarta today, but i got nothing. sorry ;)

21st June was when I saw a team running to the Kawarau Bridge bungy; wrong place! Sad.
Was so lucky to have TARA sightings when I was on holiday, lol

They took it out to prepare or something like that. And Allan Wu was there preparing to film the introductions to the Nevis site over the grassy areas behind.
Took this secret shot thanks to my friend. They kept it after realizing there was a crazy fan (aka me) around lol.
Darn wish I was on this race, I would have done the Nevis free of charge. It's expensive, whew!
Couldn't exactly make out how the team that I saw (on the next day) running looked like as I was on my tour bus already when they ran out of their campervan.

Hey there, it was in New Zealand as I've mentioned earlier. it's at the Nevis bungy/ Arc site, they appeared right after I did my jump.
And yes that's a U-turn sign. Wasn't exactly set up properly as the teams weren't supposed to be there yet I think?Assuming that since Allan was there.
And yes semi-frozen-cocoa, U-turn signs do appear on top of the 'cluebox' no? Instead of having clues inside it would be the pictures of the teams for other teams to stick on the board to U turn, no?

And yes I saw the team parking at Kawarau bungy site and running into the building as I was leaving the area. This was the campervan that there were driving around with in New Zealand if I'm not mistaken?

But anyway I didn't get to see their faces, but was a male+female team I think. Either one was wearing a neon green jacket if my memory doesn't fail me.

Sorry for the blur photos as I approached them and they said we couldn't take any photos, so i zoomed to the max from a far far away place where they couldn't see me lol. Then again the photos turned out to be quite useless, sigh.

Me and my friends approached them to request to take photos together though, but got denied sadly. I told them the only reason why I was doing the Nevis was because they did that there in Season 1, haha!

I was quite shocked. 7 / 11 kemang is only approximately 6 km from my house. they actually get there? Kemang is one of the places visited to Fast Forward in season one. Location kemang similar to the structure of existing roads on the island of Bali.

My sister spotted a flag this morning at a set of lights near where we live. We're fans of the show and she planned a Amazing Race challange for my 21st, so the flag caught her attention and made us wonder what was going on. We followed the markers and signs to a property out the back of Maudsland on the Gold Coast. There were street signs put in for a place that we've never heard of and know aren't normally there. They've gone to a lot of trouble to replicate our road signs.
Just wondering if anyone has heard if the Race is coming back to Australia or if some clever person is just using the same sort of flags for a party or business.

The way I am reading it...the VIEWERS game will feature those countries. ABut it certainly does overlap in at least several of our known locations, and we don't have every location.

More info on NZ from someone who knows...Quote
1st team was a couple of American (i think) dudes, the chicks in 2nd, a well spoken Asian couple was 3rd, only caught a glimpse of 4th & 5th but last place was two Asian girls who seemed to be struggling and didn't seem to be great with English. I also know the team that came into town 5th had some troubles, drove the wrong way down the main street, got stuck panic'd etc and ended up trying to do a u-turn on the main street and had to get help from a local to get the campervan off the main street, so they were penalized for allowing someone else to drive their car as well as for breaking the law by driving down the main street so they would have been struggling to stay in it.

Sydney is a definite.
Auckland unlikely. I believe all teams flew in from Singapore via Christchurch. Only possibility is if the team that got ahead of the others on the next leg flew from Queenstown to Sydney via Auckland instead of Christchurch.
Jakarta is very likely, at least to pass thru the airport, not sure if there were any tasks or an actual leg here.
Bangkok is a possible alternative transit airport to Singapore when flying in and out of Sri Lanka, but no evidence or time to have a leg there, at least not before we lost sight of them at the end.
Istanbul, like Los Angeles, no evidence, but a leg is *possible* in one or the other, (but unlikely time/distance wise in both) after we lost sight of them at the end.
Tokyo, some evidence from Allen's tweet about the cost of living in Japan that they *may* have visited Japan, but we don't know the actual city.

Oh dear, then most probably we will have a Final 7 NEL in Leg 6?, which is like weird.. if it doesn't happen that way, then it will be the Final 4/5 already, which means it's elimination all the way for the next 4 legs till Indonesia. And if it's indeed NEL all the way to the Australia leg, then Michelle and Claire and Ethan and Khairie will be in the Final 5, where if one more team is eliminated on the Australia leg, only the final 4 will make it to Indonesia. Which means the Indonesia leg will definitely be a NEL.

It's the first (and only?) virtual pitstop in the entire race.. Well, it really makes sense why they make this season into 11 legs, with actually they will have 12 pitstops with 1 virtual pitstop (cmiiw)
Well, the next episode is surely Elimination Leg, and I still predict Sunaina-Dimple will be eliminated on this leg. Still, based on this fact
