Kevin hates how he has a billabil system and then every minute of your time has to be accounted for and they don't have freedom to think all the times and they repeat ideas.
Kevin will really work 60 hours, but only get paid for 40 because sometimes he only has 15 minutes to work on soemthing that he really thought up before and took 45 min. It is hard because he wants to keep getting things for work, but then they think that wow you did this in 15, maybe you can do it in 10.
Kevin's previous job was at a nonprofit and he says that he used to so 2 hours work in an 8 hour day and it was hella boring and that is why he went to a for profit job
