But I'm much happier with free points! :happy: And I think Michael's right here--they didn't start the Detour they were only hearing about it? And at about 41 minutes in there is a shot with the Dutch children standing waiting with Phil on his RIGHT--but at the mat they were always on his left so you'll have to choose! :lol:

It depends on if they actually finish first etc. Lets say for the sake of arguement its a superleg/TBC and lets say The Goths finish the tasks first and are actually the first to read the "keep racing" clue or whatever, then they finish first and will be scored as first. If we don't see the other teams placements then I can't determine 3rd place then "can't be determined" wil be correct. Thats why I didn't ask, first to the pitstop/mat :snicker: --I told you they were hard!

U-TURN A new rule added on Season 12. This is where a Team(or Teams) must complete both Detour tasks.

I see, this must be even worst than yield and it surely takes up more time...
Hmm you guys may be right that the yield and intersection might be replaced cause on the official website, both yield and intersection are not listed in the glossary...(yeah if intersection is to continue, they might have to update it cause you dont want to have a team wait 3 hours plus for the next team just like D/K in all-stars which was pretty pathetic.)
Sorry if its off-topic again, but may I know what is speed bumps too? Hehe, I can't find anything yet...

Okay--we have totally hijacked this thread and just made more work for puddin because now this whole conversation will prob have to be moved OVER HERE to Possible Changes in the Race (http://forum.realityfanforum.com/index.php/topic,13321.msg237286.html#msg237286)--so sorry puddin! :(
But we don't yet know about the Speed Bump--we are guessing a slow down another team move--but guess we'll have to wait and see? Someone also speculated that maybe it would be something to make BOTH team members do the Roadblock--but really, it is all a guess!

Actually, I think that there were four[/b points. In addition to the above, the teams were all seen together at the ROADBLOCK as the camels were being milked.

Anyway, I was somewhat surprised by 1 or 2 questions. I thought the judges(yes Paula,Simon,Randy :lol3:) would be stricter by their looks on their faces and Vxysin(she is emotional) having the confessional was dat bit amazed.
Decent week for me as I try and hunt down the leader(yes..I can hear the goats bleating now... :o) but since it was a pretty high scoring week, not very good!!! :jam:

Or does Before mean any time before such as the Gnome is found when they arrive in Vilnius which would be before both the Roadblock or Detour.?
Or does Before refer to immediately before the event and after means as a result of the event?

Just watched and in my honest opinion, the money question should be can't be determined. I dont think I heard anyone say anything about how much they got even though they did show a little bit of how much it was(each 10 us dollars), surely we cant determine how many pieces there was. I dont think the clue is clear enough to mean anything.

Yes a really bad week for me, I read the spoiler a little bit but didnt read in detail....Haha was busy man...
After a good start, this was not what I wanted but this should end my chase for the leaders after also missing the first two weeks.
I think top 10 would be a good achievement still...
I'll be away from Singapore for the next two weeks or so but since there's no TAR12 next week due to Survivor finale, I dont think its practical to post the questions now? I think I'll still find a computer in eastern europe in time but who knows haha... :cmas5
Damm, I'll be missing mostly importantly the survivor finale.... :groan:

Or does it mean that all teams are on the same flight when it lands somewhere in Italy?

Well just to add more of my argument on this thread.
In seasons 5-6, teams were penalized at the Pit Stop, money was taken directly off their person , they ere also penalized in the next leg by not getting additional funds.
In seasons 7-9 teams were also penalized at the Pit Stop, money and all possession not on their back was immediately taken from them, they then were also penalized in the next leg by not receiving addition funds.
In season 10 and All Stars though, that changed the penalty hits the next episode fully. There is no penalty given to them that episode.
Again the best way to state my case (just so Michael doesn't gain about 100 points over me on this leg) is when David & Mary were last in Season 10. In your mind were they given the penalty on leg 8, or where they given the penalty at the Pit Stop when they had to wait 30 minutes?

Today Phil told the goths that they will have to face a new twist -- he told them today, therefore they received the penalty at the pitstop

I think other than the normal questions we could have specific extra questions for each teams, meaning each player have to choose 1 set of questions from 3. That would be somehow be more interesting in the final scores.
Mabye for Don & Nick...
How many times does Don calls "Nic" and Nick calls "Don"?
Will Don be his usual calm self?
Will Nick be as supportive of Don in this final leg?
Will Don be able to keep up with the physical tasks this one final leg?
Will Nick step up and lead his team to glory?
How much does that "bust-up" shown on the preview affect their relationship?
How many positions does them being lost in the preview drop them?
How would they react after crossing the finish line?
Will they have an emotional/sweet moment on the mat? :-*
Finally, what position are they finishing in?

AARRGGHHH.
Based on what we know its possible that the roadblock (ala season's 8 and 9) might be exceedingly near the Pit Stop. If so then its just who finishing the roadblock first. And that literally could be anyone.
After all the producers make no secret about it, they want a close race. They absolutely don't want a one sided race, so they will plan out legs which enable teams to be very close (unless they make large errors). And with the roadblock appearing after the detour, its anyone's game.
I hate it.
