They both will, but it looks like D/K get to the ticket agent first, because in the web promo Dustin is saying "we were here first", so maybe only D/K...or none of them...LOL i just gave all possible answers.

I would love for it to be a non elimination, just to freak make everyone go, thats odd. But TBC.
And first place still don't know. Could really be anyone will wait for thursdays preview before pissing Michael off.
Oswlad & Danny like to stay out of the fighting so I don't see it unless its strickly a racing thing.
Both probably get tickets, or neither.
