I submit that we remove Donald as host and nominate Carolyn as the new host. The Apprentice : Carolyn.
She's funnier, more abrasive, and asks some of the more hard hitting questions. She sometimes even cuts the contestants and Donald off.
Second order is to cast people with actual skills. Is it me or does it seem that whenever someone states that they are skilled in a certain field, they end up looking like an ass that doesn't know what they are doing. They have a boardroom full of the most intellectual people in America with degrees from the most prestigious schools and yet not a single person with common sense.
