Per the show's social media it seems we will have a 10th season, possible casting call after the finale?

Can we consider summer 2024 as "coming soon"? I don't think so... I think this will be All Stars season which will air in few months... People on SM are speculating this as well.

I assume that just means casting will open after the show.

Though Season 10 would be a good time for All-Stars.

Doesn't seem like they'll do an All-Star/Returnee season for the tenth.

I think this is the best idea.  Besides TAR18, people here and on social media in general have complained about nearly every past All Star season for one reason or another.  They manage better expectations by not retreading 'contestants who should be of a high caliber'.  Look at Jet and Dave.
