Based on this challenge preview, it's the FINAL IC. So maybe F3?
-
Aubrey wins Reward and shares it with Cydney. For her, she needs to take care of Cydney in order to gain her trust in voting out Michelle next IC.
-
Michelle wins IC! Come from behind!
Oh no! Tai... :( :( :( :(
-
It's Michelle and Cydney versus Aubry and Tai.
-
First vote
Cydney - 2
Aubry - 2
Jeff asked Michelle and Tai if their votes are locked in. Both said yes.
Proceed to fire-making challenge!
Go Aubry!

:tu scruffs!!

No problem Ms. Peach! :hearts:

Aubry wins fire-making challenge! Cydney not even close! :( :( :(

Cydney's mother being interviewed in Survivor Live...
-
Michelle thinks Tai gives Aubry a million dollars.
For Michelle and Aubry there's no more challenge. For Tai, it's not what Jeff said.
-
Treemail. Final IC. It's a final two.
For Aubry it's do or die and she needs to win IC.
-
Oh there's no more challenge. They are the Final three!
The winner of the challenge will vote out a jury member. Gosh! What a twist.
-
Sorry there's still a challenge. First person to finish will vote out a jury.
-
Michelle wins the reward challenge to vote out a jury.
-
I think Michelle will vote out Joe as jury. It's obvious that Joe will vote for Aubry. And also I think it's going to be an Aubry and Michelle showdown.
-
Michelle thinks between Joe and Neil.
Also Scott and Jason.
Tai suggests Neil. Aubry suggests Scott.
-
Final TC
Jury is kind of wondering why no necklace.
Jury is shocked because Jeff announced a final three.
Jury doesn't know about the vote-out of one member of the jury.
Julia thinks its Joe, tells it to Debbie.
Joe is crying? Not sure on that... He's just sweating.
Neil looks worried and afraid?
Debbie and Julia continues interaction.
Jason thinks its him because of the persuasion factor.
Scott bids Jason goodbye?
-
Neil thinks Michelle will not stand a chance. He did some speech which sounds good for me, but bad for Michelle.
Jeff thinks Michelle made a right decision because of what Neil just said.
-
Jeff announced there will be a surprise guest in the FTC?
Votes are next!
-
Day 39
There's a mirror and a scale.
Michelle's confessionals make me think she will win.
The breakfast treat.
Tai says he's biggest move is voting out Scott.
-
Tai bringing Mark the Chicken in the FTC.
-
Final TC
Nick first. Congrats and gives advice. There will be animosity. Asks Michelle to display her intelligence.
Asks Tai display awareness. Aubry should display confidence.
Debbie second. Debbie attacks Tai's indeciveness. Thinks Tai has multiple personality. Aubry's metamorphosis to Greek warrior.
Aubry says Debbie is her one regret. Does not talked to Michelle.
Julia thinks Michelle got really lucky. She thinks she's just dragged. Julia thinks Michelle voting her out is her biggest move.
Julia is slaying Tai, for her Tai is strong then began deteroriating.
Joe talks to Tai and Aubry only. Thinks Tai is a very hardworking. Asks to be compared to Aubry. Tai keeps mentioning Scott blindside.
Aubry says Tai just had the information but she did the strategy.
Jason is next and says he's ready. Says doesn't know who to vote for. Discusses the Debbie vote. Emphasizes Tai flip-flopping.
Tai says he got scared with Jason and Scott relationship.
Cydney asks Aubry if her vote out is planned? Aubry asked Michelle if she knows that Tai and Aubry will vote for Cydney.
Scott slays Tai saying he didn't use his advantages smartly. Looks like Scott will vote for Michelle. Applauded Michelle in front of the jury.
Scott dancing!
OMG Michelle is winning? (my thoughts only)
-
Tai using a Vietnamese proverb about a hyacinth.
Michelle crying.
-
Mark the Chicken please be Tai's lucky charm!
-
Joe votes Aubry.
Julia votes Michelle.

Tai releases Mark. :luvya:

What a great season

Sia giving $50,000 to Tai. And another $50,000 to Tai's choice of Animal Charity Organization.

I'm so happy that Michelle won! This was a season full of great players, and at the end of the season, I can honestly say I enjoyed each and every person this year.
Also, I really liked Scot's, Debbie's, and Julia's speeches. Hell, all jury members (even Neal RIP what a crappy twist) brought heat.
-
Also, what happened to Mark? Does anyone know what happened to him after FTC? :(

Sneak Peek of next season.
Oh I thought there will be an update about Mark. Looks like he did ended up as someone's dinner. If only Tai can bring Mark home with him.

Easily one of the best seasons of Survivor in a long time and would probably sit in my top 10. I was happy with any of the top 4 winning and I honestly feel Michelle pulled it out in the end! Hopefully Survivor can keep this standard up! It was so engrossing from the first episode to the last!
-
Also I'm so glad she removed Neal from the jury. He showed his ugly colours right at the end which will leave people with a sour opinion of him :)

The irony is people are actually overrating him already like Reed's extra jury speech in SJDS :groan: :groan: :groan:
What an ass. :res:

The edit for TAR and Survivor these seasons was really strange in a positive way  Aubry was an obvious winner for me, how the heck did Michele manage to win over the jury coming in as an absolute underdog?? ??? What a great story though - it doesn't matter how you start, it's all about how you finish. I'm not quite sure yet whether I'm satisfied with Aubrey being snubbed (and rip Cydney :torche), I have got to sleep on it lolz.
I was kind of on the fence with Neal and wanted him to maybe return to another Philippines-type season with medevacs, but now?? Hell no. It was snarky the comment he made, but he just really left a negative, sour taste in my mouth as someone here pointed out.

What is a Reed?

Aubry was ROBBED (:;) (:;) (:;)
This F3 reminds me of F3 Heroes vs Villains. Michelle = Sandra, Aubry= Parvati, Tai=Russell. No one voted for Russell & Tai. Russell & Parvati played better game than Sandra but she won because of the bitter jury. Same thing happened this season :groan:
-
I don't really think the jury was bitter though?
-
Only way I could see jury being bitter was if Cydney made it to the end.
The ponderosa video with Jason/Scot/Julia being so nasty to her.... :(
-
I wouldn't reward Michele's game over Aubry's. Aubry played the best game, the most strategy involved. Michele was just saved one episode at a time, because she wasn't a threat until Tai voted her with his advantage. I really would have loved an Aubry win, because she has been stripped off his best ally twice in the game (unheard of), and she was still socially advancing to power without being too obvious to not be the target everybody wants to get out. Still a mystery for me how she made it to F3 (If I was Tai, I'd probs flip against her cause she was a huge threat). I really cannot understand what Michele did to win. I like her, but her winning over Aubry is really not what should have happened. That is my opinion.
-
You can play the best game but it's no good if the jury can't award it. Michele made the bonds with people who voted her, many of which aubry ignored as she only got deep with those in her alliance. Michele made them with everyone and had the best final tribal as well as removing the asshole who's reaction probably helped people make their decision to vote for her.
-
There was one delicious Probst quote that really stuck in my mind, describing the show really well!
"It is social politics in the jungle. And it's delicious."
-
I agree with Stekay (as usual, BAE.)
This is a top 10 season in terms of all people actually PLAYING (one could argue Joe had some strategy lol), fantastic characters whether you liked some of them or not, and some incredible historic moments:
- Jennifer ear bug (ewwwwwww!!)
- Caleb's tearjerking evac, plus that heat-exhaust challenge
- Alecia in general being terrible but lol-worthy
- Aubry losing both of her closest allies and still making F3
- Tai's "No." to Scot on turning down the superidol
- The superidol concept in general and the paranoia ensuing that caused Debbie's elim
- all of Cydney's sassy moments, GOD BLESS HER.
- good locale with Cambodia with incredibly harsh conditions
- a savvy female social player standing atop at the end, narrowing the male-female winner gap to 18-13, not counting Sandra's second victory
Michele as a winner IMO probably falls in the 15th to 22nd range as being tough with immunities and great social game, but not being totally aware or in charge strategically.
I will say there is credit to a bitter jury - Scot/Jason can't reward the person who got them out, thus Aubry doesn't win. Plus Michele made bonds with those guys, Aubry didn't (which explains her fault in the end-game.) She played a little too much "chess" like Spencer, despite being emotional and polite to the camera. Clearly this is the case because even Debbie, who she exclaimed her sorrow for voting out, still voted for Michele.
Nick respected Aubry's game, but the others didn't feel a close connection at any point.
-
It seems that Aubry only really talked with her alliance, but Michelle talked with everyone. Thus Jason, Scot, and Julia had a better perspective and more information on Michele's game, which is one of the reasons she won. Aubry's game looked great to the viewer because of her elaborate confessionals (Oregon Trail <3), but her fellow player's didn't see them, therefore they couldn't appreciate her thought processes, making her seem neurotic. So while Aubry may appear to have played a better strategic game, Michele rightly won because she made sure that the jury understood her game as much as possible.
-
But why did they give Aubry an obvious winner's edit? Did they want us to feel disappointed with the outcome? Why ???
Even during the fire-making tie-breaker we had cuts to the jury with everyone supporting Aubry. I never doubted that she would win, and not only this last episode.
-
Aubry didn't have an obvious winner's edit, Michelle did. I picked her out in my edgic week 1 and bar a drop to 2nd in chances from weeks 3-4 I had Anna #1. Michele stood out like a sore thumb. Aubry screamed 4th place to me so I was surprised that she made it to the end.
-
What was winnerish about Michele's edit?
-
Her female empowerment episode after she flopped a challenge juxtaposed with Debbie's "a girl must win this game" was pretty much a clincher.

Yeah, Episode 6 solidified her victory.

Julia, Scot & Jason hate Cydney. That's why they supported Aubry. It didn't mean that they liked her. Aubry had a good edit because the producer loves her and wants her back for other seasons.
