Season 29 Survivor: San Juan del Sur
Previous Finish: 14th place
What will you do differently this time around? "In Blood vs. Water II, I had to consider my dad with every move and that made me hesitant to say and do what I really wanted. When you're playing for two people, you can't play strategically because you're worried about your partner getting caught in the line of fire. This time there is no partner—so bring on the fire! My strategic game will be 100 percent different!"

She gonna slay without her flop dad around tbh!
Omg yes. And no one will see her as a threat, I mean at least not in the beginning.
She will be in the best position - not too weak, not too strong.
-
She gonna slay without her flop dad around tbh!
Yesss, her dad was the reason to get her out that early... As a Survivor fan, I hope she makes some big moves and a big play.

San Juan del Sur - didn't watch it much.
And thought she was such a sucky choice for this season and was so angry she got a spot.
I TAKE BACK MY WORDS.
WHAT
A
STAR.
KEEP SLAYING!
-
Okay. She was glam. I will stop calling her Wentworthless.
X
-
She's such a star this time! :cheer:
-
She went from being a nobody in SJDS to one of the highlights of the premier.
She is on of the few that could fly under the radar and her idol might take her really far if used well.
-
Hated her on SJDS and was upset she got a spot but she's surprisingly great this time :cheer:
-
One of my faves so far! :hearts:
-
Why would we delete this glam woman's thread...
-
This girl is very smart I think.
-
Yaaaay! <333
I always love her. Either SJDS or Cambodia. She is my fav female!
She was amazing with the idol. Sneaky, Sneaky!
Please, WIN!
-
She is majestic.
-
Watch this space, and watch it all 39 days.
Girls gonna slay!
-
IS SHE MARRIED
-
I think she's engaged, Zpoler.
And Kelley will be a top 3 goddess this season. Kass, Kimmi, or Tasha may be able to do some damage, but Kelley will rise above.
She's the Amber who has the best chance of winning.

Analysis of Kelley Wentworth (original Ta Keo Tribe).
Following Episode 1 (posted in the wrong place last week): Kelley Wentworth was one of my favorites, if only because there was not much of a scouting report on her from her previous experience. She deserved a second chance, as she previously paid the penalty incurred by her father, and in the first episode she certainly proved that to everyone by finding the clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol and then capturing it, apparently without anyone noticing. Her best strategy is to keep it to herself and maintain an appearance as a non-threat, and only unveil it when she is targeted. I expect her to go far and surprise a lot of people.
Following Episode 2: Kelley Wentworth did not have as much of a prominent role this week other than revealing the hidden immunity idol in a private confessional. Everything I wrote in the previous analysis seems to be holding true. She will definitely need to continue flying under the radar (i.e. not get sucked into drama at camp) and work on maintaining good relationships with the players who she believes will go far in the game.
-
Kim from One World edit plz
-
Her two seconds of fame in Ep3 produced my current avatar, which was more than fantastic.

Kelley Wentworth (Ta Keo Tribe, original Ta Keo)
Following Episode 3: Kelly Wentworth finds herself in another intriguing position, specifically about whether she will need to use her Hidden Immunity Idol sooner than expected. I imagine that she will not share it with Terry and will count on her new tribe being strong enough to avoid tribal council until all the tribes merge into one tribe. It remains not in her best interest to share the idol with anyone, as she can then be perceived as a power-player too early.
Following Episode 4: Based upon the preview scenes for next week's episode, it appears that there is now a core group of five that have declared themselves the final five. It will be interesting if Wentworth is a part of this group and how she can manage to maintain power among them. Regardless, declaring a final group of five when there are still five or more remaining contestants is a dangerous move, since, when discovered, those people are immediately targeted and have a united front great than five who can outvote the five.

Kelley Wentworth (Bayon after 2nd swap, Ta Keo after 1st swap, original Ta Keo)
Following Episodes 5 and 6: Kelley Wentworth draws the short straw once again in winding up as the only original Ta Keo member on the newly formed Bayon tribe. While she might have a good relationships with Joe and Keith, having shared more time with them than they did with Jeremy, Stephen, Kimmi, and Tasha, she remains the obvious choice for elimination if this tribe were to face tribal council. Fortunately for her, the scenes for the next episode reveal an unexpectedly early merge, which will probably spare her from using her hidden immunity idol sooner than she would have liked. I remain very intrigued to see when she might be forced to play it. She remains in trouble if only because the numbers have consistently been against her and remain so after the merge.
-
Kelley Wentworth (original Ta Keo, Ta Keo after 1st swap, Bayon after 2nd swap)
Following Episode 7 (the merge): Kelley Wentworth was my dark horse pick to go far and possibly win before the season started. Not only has she made the most of her second chance by reaching the jury stage, she has fought back from the numbers being against her throughout the season and found the first hidden immunity idol without any assistance. She has taken the correct measures for protecting herself, and it remains to be seen if the tribemates who she will eventually vote out will respect her for this in the end. Certainly she has been the most impressive original Ta Keo member.
-
Kass had a winner edit too, and she is at Ponderosa now... I'm worried for her. ;( Slay, Kelley!!! <333

What a star...!!! :luvya: :luvya: :luvya:

Waiting for gamer (and the rest of us) to eat our words sometimes or another. :funny: :funny: :funny: :funny:

Also she SLASHED the record for number of votes cancelled out with a single idol. Russell (Samoa) and Jenn (Worlds Apart) achieved 7 while Kelley just pulled off 9 <3333333333333333333333333333333

I was thinking about that as well. That is a HUGE number <3

QUEEN
-
Following Episode 8: Kelley was the unquestioned star of this episode for both her confessionals to the camera, her cagey discussions with enemies at camp, and ultimately her very wise move to play her hidden immunity idol. She has simultaneously struck fear, earned respect, and continues to be shielded by Ciera, who made herself a bigger target by her continued impassioned speeches to the rest of the castaways to wake up and play the game. If Wentworth managed to reach the final three with Ciera and Abi-Maria, the latter of which appears destined to reach the final if only for how everyone else feels she would not receive any votes for the top prize, then Wentworth would almost assuredly receive nearly all the votes. She also stands a decent chance against Spencer and Kelly Wiglesworth. Yet for those reasons, she remains a primary target among the eight remaining castaways who voted for her. The numbers against her are still tough to overcome, since her alliance would have to bring in three of those eight. Several of them are decidedly against her (notably Tasha, Joe, and Keith). Their only chance is to recruit Spencer and Wiglesworth and then see if Jeremy is willing to make that big move that he has confessed a desire to do on several occasions.
-
I take back some of the poop I said about her, but she's still flop!
-
That BIG move will somehow give her a BIG target on her back.
Nevertheless, I love her! :<3
-
It is because of the big target that she has to make this big move?? LOL
-
I don't call this big move tbh. She just protected herself. Luckily, the other side did not split vote. But yeah, this Idol play is brilliant.
-
Ok, let's rephrase, because of this Idol play more people would want her out because it's a good pitch to the jury if she makes it to FTC. :<3
-
With 9 votes, definitely they wanted her out. So even with this idol play, I think she is still the target. But I think she may survive at least some more weeks. Joe, Keith, Kelly can jump ship and they have majority of 6. The problem is that Jeremy still had a HII.
-
^My biggest fear is Jeremy's idol now sending Kelley home next, or the vote after this if Joe doesn't win immunity.
-
WIN PLS :cheer: :cheer:
:wohoo: Would be one of my favourite winners ever :wohoo:
I firmly believe she will get something going next week and NOT be on the bottom anymore (at least for some time)
-

Sneaky..Sneaky.. :bounce
-
Following Episode 9: Kelley was the star of last episode by playing the hidden immunity idol. Certainly her opposition now recognizes her clout in the game and views her along with Ciera as threats to win the game. She continues the wise strategy of allowing Ciera to make the somewhat dramatic persuasive speeches aimed at grabbing some of the votes away from the majority, as this might raise more ire toward Ciera at a later time. Kelley more than any other castaway has the best case for the underdog fighting back, so she will have to continue to hold this mantle if she wishes to be the Sole Survivor.
-
Following Episodes 10, 11, and 12: Kelley proved to be a power player the moment she played her first hidden immunity idol. Like Jeremy, she has the potential to create quite a stir by wielding a second hidden immunity idol at some point. Her braggadocious behavior following challenges and tribal council votes which went in her favor might be held against her if she should reach the finals. An all-women alliance probably serves her interests the best among the women, as she can certainly make the case for being the most impactful woman throughout the game. At the same time, she will need to consider working with Keith or Spencer at some point to eliminate Jeremy and potentially Tasha, as that is her greatest female threat.
-
I really really really really really really really really need her on the F3. She's the only one that can save the season. Good luck girl!!!! <3
-
Following Episode 13: Kelley is in a lot of trouble now, as her only remaining ally Abi-Maria was eliminated. Her case for Sole Survivor remains strong, and it could become even stronger if she plays her second hidden immunity idol at the right time, which likely will be the next tribal council, creating a shocking ripple effect through the other castaways' plans. As much as Keith may be targeted for winning challenges, one would think that Kelley is the greater threat for winning in the end. If the next tribal council is the last one where idols could be played, it would be quite entertaining if Kelley wins the immunity challenge and uses her idol to protect Keith, or if Keith wins and she uses it to protect herself. She may vote to eliminate Jeremy, since he probably has won the most favor on the jury, or she might target Spencer for his betrayal.
-
GO WIN IT FOR US!!! <3333333
-
I send you all my wishes, hopes, and everything I can to win. PLEASE, WIN! <3
-
Following Season Finale: Kelley embodied the fighting spirit all the way through the season. Things would have been a lot more interesting in the final three if she had made it, as she certainly had fans in Abi-Maria and Ciera, and possibly Kass, Joe, and Keith as well. During the reunion show, she explained how her voting alongside Joe and Keith to eliminate Kass allowed her to receive information from them later which gave her the proper hunch to use her first hidden immunity idol at just the right time -- the largest single nullification of votes in Survivor history. This was the perfect example of a subtle move in the game -- much better than the responses Jeremy and Spencer gave to Abi-Maria's question. Kelley was the underdog all the way through. In hindsight, similar to Kimmi, perhaps the move she could have made was to band with Abi-Maria, Keith, and Kimmi to eliminate Jeremy instead of banding with Abi-Maria, Keith, and Spencer to vote for Tasha, who was less of a threat to win the title of Sole Survivor. Of course, as explained under Kimmi, this was a matter of timing based upon who went on the reward and who stayed behind at camp. The producers of the show must screen the jurors' questions before the jurors are selected by Jeff Probst to address the finalists, because they always seem to flow in a natural order even though they take turns out of order from their elimination from the game. Kelley's question about second chances set up Jeremy's revelation about his unborn son and allowed that to be his final word.
