Title: How to get tourism board on TAR?

Regional province in Asia wants to be featured destination on next TAR. This 'undiscovered' destination has the budget/resources to get production done, and the attractions/appeal to interest U.S. viewers. Anybody know who to contact to start process? Thank you.
