Title: Custom Designed Shirts for teams on past seasons
Post by: Jobby on July 19, 2011, 10:09:45 AM
I'm curious as to which teams have worn custom designed shirts with slogans on them on the race! Thought that it'll be interesting if we do a compilation!

A good example would be this -

BJ and Tyler's TTOW shirt in TAR 9

Pretty please? Please help! :hearts:

Good idea! Here's what I can think of:

TTOW- BJ and Tyler, S9
MoJo- Monica and Joseph, S9
Bowling Moms- Linda and Karen, S5 (And BJ and Tyler, S9)
Team Guido- Joe and Bill, S1 & S11
Who's Your Daddy?- Ron, S12 & S18
Sinister Deaf Kid- Luke, S18 finish line
Focus Believe Achieve- Richard and Joey, AusTAR 1
Crush it!- Richard and Joey, AusTAR 1
Lost (Or Missing, cant remember off the top of my head), Cho Bros- David and Mary, S11
Chris- Linda Weaver, S8

Joab knows this already, but Ron had a shirt that read "虎父" (tiger father), alluding to the Chinese idiom "虎父無犬子" (a tiger will not beget a dog). I found it pretty beautiful and poetic, really.

What about the Cafe Nostra shirts that Marshall & Lance and Chip wore in season 5?

Brennan wore a number of t-shirts produced by a company owned by his family in season one. And there was a website for them, I have no idea if that site is still up a decade later.
