When they won, i nearly wanted to stop watching TAR 10.
Thank God for an amazing cast for TAR 10, even if Lyns or David and Mary didn't win and an extremely unexciting finale, you can't deny the season was decent.

High-five. Charla is fine, Mirna went off the rails though. Also, I hated the six-pack for just being weak, esp. the Cho brothers w/ their awful strategy and decisions. TAR 10 was saved by its fantastic route and interesting tasks, though.
Also, TAR 16 got intolerable towards the end because of the detectives and Caite & her boyfriend. The smugness of those two teams was absolutely despicable.

Kent & Vyxsin were definitely the most annoying team this season! I liked them in season 12 but this season was horrible for them. Globetrotters are sometimes quite annoying too.
In season 7 Lynn & Alex and Susan & Patrick were also so annoying! "Where's Rob and Amber?", "We gotta beat Rob and Amber!", "We hate Rob and Amber!" OK! We got it! Don't need to repeat it the whole season!

WRP made a mistake in casting them. Airing abusive behavior for ratings is unethical, I don't find them annoying as much as disturbing to watch.

You may have a point there -- they were really disturbing to watch, especially Jonathan the Jerk!
Other teams I found annoying were Tara & Wil (especially Wil), Alison & Donny from Season 5 and Nate & Jen from Season 12. That said, I found the donkey's hee-hawing when Jen told Nate not to yell hilarious! I thought the donkey's hee-haw sounded like a laugh, so I laughed as well!

I agree with you on that.. but that mostly happened only in Season 5. I hated it when after they were so sneaky, Mirna pretended and acted as if she did nothing wrong. :res:
Oh my God, somebody mentioned about the detectives in TAR 16. Please, please, don't ever mention them. They killed the entire season for me. TAR 16 was the first time i didn't even bother to watch TAR because it was simply so hard to get through. And that was supposed to be the season they came to Singapore and made it really memorable for me. :res:
The Brent and Caite VS Carol and Brandy VS Detectives was really pointless and STUPID.

Oh! How did I forget Weavers? They are the most annoying team ever! Rolly was ok, but the mother and the girls - I don't have words to describe how annoyed I am when I see their faces and especially when I hear something coming out of their mouths. It's ok that you speak about your dead father but that God-loving and hate against other teams was just too much!

Don't get me wrong, S10 is pretty good. D/K and to a lesser extent T/J are the only tolerable teams in the F8 though.

Alabama for me was 50/50. I dislike them, but at the same time I found them funny sometimes. But they certainly were hypocritical.
They talk about how they were dying to yield the Barbies, and they have been wanting to do it since Leg 1 :res: (I think)
and when the Barbies yielded them, they go "I already hated them...blah blah blah..it's typical of something they would do...blah blah.. I can go to bed at night and *pop* go right back to sleep. :res:
and their "The Blondes/Chos need to learn how to run their own race" :res: Why don't they follow their own advice.

Some comments about Chase S.'s list:
I might have to add Kendra to my list of annoying contestant/teams of Season 6, although she was less annoying than Adam and didn't drive me crazy like Jonathan & Victoria!
The guy who got eliminated in Season 12 was Ari, and if he'd stuck around longer I'd have been really annoyed with him too.
I think Terence was more annoying than Sarah, and I honestly forgot about Ken & Tina. But I don't find Ken & Tina annoying.
I also forgot about Mark & Michael. I guess they'd be the most annoying team for Season 14. And I forgot about Lance & Keri and Mika. I guess they'd be more annoying than Ericka for Season 15.
As for Tammy & Victor, Victor only annoyed me and he did so only on one leg. The rest of the time, I liked him and I never got annoyed by Tammy.

Mirna in my opinion was the most annoying player. I just could not stand her. The Most annoying team has to go to Team Alabama on season 10. They were very disrespectful to everyone except for their alliance. They constantly made remarks about teams getting taxies and stuff like that because of looks and body parts. Their behavior is totally uncalled for and I feel that it is a travesty that they made the final 3.

Karyn, Gary/Dave (though I do love them, I found them a bit annoying), Chris/Alex, Wil, Reichen/Chip, Everyone in TAR 9 that wasn't Dave/Lori, Erwin/Godwin (I only liked them because of the David/Mary Fast Forward), Eric/Danielle, Kelly/Christy to an extent, Tina to an extent, a lot of TAR 14 but especially Mark/Michael, TAR 15 that wasn't Zev/Justin Ron/Marcy Maria/Tiffany Brian/Ericka, TAR 16 that wasn't Jet/Cord Steve/Allie Jordan/Jeff, Nick, Kent/Vyxsin, Flight Time/Big Easy.

The most annoying team for me was BJ & Tyler, by miles and miles. I hate fakeness and those two muppets were the biggest phonies on the show, ever - all those canned, rehearsed jokes (and I use the word joke loosely here, they weren't funny at all), the dumas TTOW, the incredible luck (whilst I concede that they were one of the strongest teams that season, the fact that any team can win the million bucks after surviving not one but TWO NELs still leaves a sour taste in my mouth), the condescending attitude toward the other less-traveled teams. Ugh I can go on and on about those two fools. Oh and they were beyond ugly to look at haha
Others who spring to mind, in no particular order of annoyance:
(1) Guidos...I hated them when I watched that season but I have to admit, in hindsight, they weren't all that bad.
(2) Chris & Alex...This one is on me more than anything else, sorry, I just can't get past the idiotic South Boston accent.
(3) Teri & Ian...Ian is the posterboy of the Ugly American Abroad for me. Rude toward the locals, largely ignorant of the places he went (except Vietnam), overbearing, the clothes (how stupid was that hat? haha) etc. I'm going to get yelled at :lol: but I didn't hate Flo all that much. Not my favorite racer that season by any means but part of me found her endearing, even amid all the screams. And she was pretty to look at...sometimes.
(4) No one really. The Russell dude I could see myself hating but he went the way of the dodo early so that was that. Chip & Reichen with the huge gay chip on their shoulders and Chip's over-the-top intensity were a tad annoying but I could live with them.
(5) Mirna & Charla...Nothing-a against-o Charla but-a I could-a strangle-o Mirna right-a now-a. Rudeness personified, the ignorant Spanglish in whichever country they went to, the persecution complex. Man, I hate her. After-the-fact hate: Chip & Kim, simply because I don't think they "deserved" to win, not in a million years.
(6) Jonathan & Victoria...self-explanatory. My favorite season, for what it's worth.
(7) Rob & Amber...Rob's smugness, the Boston accent again haha And I have to admit I hated them going into the season, from watching Survivor, so I never really gave them a chance on TAR. Ron's and Kelly's "He's a POW and she's a beauty queen" act wore thin really quick though I realize it could largely be due to edits.
(8) Didn't watch.
(9) BJ & Tyler already mentioned. Wasn't too crazy about their rival/bad jokes buddies Eric & Jeremy either, the whole Frat Boy act became idiotic after a while.
(10) Peter & Sarah...Liked Sarah very much, hated Peter, for obvious reasons.
(12) Ron & Christina...Again, nothing against Christina, wanted to strangle her father. Nate & Jen, annoying, yes, but didn't hate them.
(13) I disliked every single racer and every single team from that season, the most dislikebale and WEAKEST cast ever on TAR, and by quite a margin, IMO.
(14) No team really. Maybe Luke and all his incessant whining toward the end of the season (I got a heart, I started the season pulling for them like crazy).
(15) Lance & Keri...Did you say Boston accent? LOL Not full-blown hate, however, they were like buffoons in a cartoon to me so I coped with them accordingly. Maria & Tiffany, for the mind-boggling INCOMPETENCE more than anything else.
(16) Carol & Brandy, the Detectives, Brent & Caite, Dan & Jordan (with Chip & Kim, weakest winners in the history of the show, IMO)...in other words, 4 of the last 5 teams standing (and I didn't fancy the Cowboys all that much either), so the last half of that season pretty much sucked for me :duno:
(17) Nick & Vicki, Chad & Stephanie...I can't exactly say why with Chad, perhaps he reminds me of someone I know in real life; all I know is the moment I saw him on screen I immediately thought "douchebag." Maybe just his looks - the dude looks like he's had something done to his face, it looks unnatural.

Ok, I disliked almost everyone on TAR13, poetic license :lol: They came and poof they went, not enough time to like or hate them :duno: They were probably very likable people but I don't think they were built for something as grueling as TAR. Not their fault, just awful casting, IMO.

Kevin & Drew were loud and obnoxious especially toward the Guidos, even though they deserved it. I didn't like the Guidos for bullying Nancy & Emily. I didn't like the way Frank treated Margarita and how Karyn treated Lenny.
TAR 6: Jonathan & Victoria and Freddy & Kendra
Two most hated teams in Amazing Race history. I hate them too.
TAR 7: Ron & Kelly (well mainly Ron), Ray (mainly Ray) & Deana and Susan & Patrick
Ron & Ray for treating their girlfriends. Patrick is just a loser.
TAR 8: Weaver Family
Only the Black Family (anonymous) and Gaghan Family, I like, but have to pick one, it would be the Weavers.

TAR 9- Pretty much everyone that wasn't Dave/Lori, Wanda/Desiree, and Ray/Yolanda
TAR 10- Peter of Peter/Sarah, Tom/Terry
TAR 11- Eric/Danielle
TAR 12- Nate/Jenn
TAR 13- Kelly/Christy (Maybe its just how they were shown, but they seemed a little too whiney)
TAR 14- Unknown (Now this isn't because I liked all of the teams, but because I have conflicted feelings about this season)
TAR 15- Lance/Keri, Sam/Dan, Flight Time/Big Easy, (This season disappointed me because my 3 favorite teams Zev/Justin, Ron/Marcy, and Maria/Tiffany were booted by the Final 5)
TAR 16- Practically all the teams that weren't Jeff/Jordan, Jet/Cord, Dan/Jordan, and Steve/Allie
TAR 17- Jill/Thomas, Chad/Stephanie, Nick of Nick/Vicki

I love BJ and Tyler. But on the other hand I agree with everyone of your other picks. Including the TAR13 thing.
In fact your descriptions of the teams were so hilarious to me. I could go on... :lol:

The most annoying team for me was BJ & Tyler, by miles and miles. I hate fakeness and those two muppets were the biggest phonies on the show, ever - all those canned, rehearsed jokes (and I use the word joke loosely here, they weren't funny at all), the dumas TTOW, the incredible luck (whilst I concede that they were one of the strongest teams that season, the fact that any team can win the million bucks after surviving not one but TWO NELs still leaves a sour taste in my mouth), the condescending attitude toward the other less-traveled teams. Ugh I can go on and on about those two fools. Oh and they were beyond ugly to look at haha
Others who spring to mind, in no particular order of annoyance:
(1) Guidos...I hated them when I watched that season but I have to admit, in hindsight, they weren't all that bad.
(2) Chris & Alex...This one is on me more than anything else, sorry, I just can't get past the idiotic South Boston accent.
(3) Teri & Ian...Ian is the posterboy of the Ugly American Abroad for me. Rude toward the locals, largely ignorant of the places he went (except Vietnam), overbearing, the clothes (how stupid was that hat? haha) etc. I'm going to get yelled at :lol: but I didn't hate Flo all that much. Not my favorite racer that season by any means but part of me found her endearing, even amid all the screams. And she was pretty to look at...sometimes.
(4) No one really. The Russell dude I could see myself hating but he went the way of the dodo early so that was that. Chip & Reichen with the huge gay chip on their shoulders and Chip's over-the-top intensity were a tad annoying but I could live with them.
(5) Mirna & Charla...Nothing-a against-o Charla but-a I could-a strangle-o Mirna right-a now-a. Rudeness personified, the ignorant Spanglish in whichever country they went to, the persecution complex. Man, I hate her. After-the-fact hate: Chip & Kim, simply because I don't think they "deserved" to win, not in a million years.
(6) Jonathan & Victoria...self-explanatory. My favorite season, for what it's worth.
(7) Rob & Amber...Rob's smugness, the Boston accent again haha And I have to admit I hated them going into the season, from watching Survivor, so I never really gave them a chance on TAR. Ron's and Kelly's "He's a POW and she's a beauty queen" act wore thin really quick though I realize it could largely be due to edits.
(8) Didn't watch.
(9) BJ & Tyler already mentioned. Wasn't too crazy about their rival/bad jokes buddies Eric & Jeremy either, the whole Frat Boy act became idiotic after a while.
(10) Peter & Sarah...Liked Sarah very much, hated Peter, for obvious reasons.
(12) Ron & Christina...Again, nothing against Christina, wanted to strangle her father. Nate & Jen, annoying, yes, but didn't hate them.
(13) I disliked every single racer and every single team from that season, the most dislikebale and WEAKEST cast ever on TAR, and by quite a margin, IMO.
(14) No team really. Maybe Luke and all his incessant whining toward the end of the season (I got a heart, I started the season pulling for them like crazy).
(15) Lance & Keri...Did you say Boston accent? LOL Not full-blown hate, however, they were like buffoons in a cartoon to me so I coped with them accordingly. Maria & Tiffany, for the mind-boggling INCOMPETENCE more than anything else.
(16) Carol & Brandy, the Detectives, Brent & Caite, Dan & Jordan (with Chip & Kim, weakest winners in the history of the show, IMO)...in other words, 4 of the last 5 teams standing (and I didn't fancy the Cowboys all that much either), so the last half of that season pretty much sucked for me :duno:
(17) Nick & Vicki, Chad & Stephanie...I can't exactly say why with Chad, perhaps he reminds me of someone I know in real life; all I know is the moment I saw him on screen I immediately thought "douchebag." Maybe just his looks - the dude looks like he's had something done to his face, it looks unnatural.
I didn't like Ian either for much of the race. His attitude towards Teri drove me up the wall, as did his Ugly American attitude. It was only in Vietnam when I liked Ian at all.
I liked the Hippies okay but I agree with you -- they got real lucky.

There are teams I can't stand while watching their respective seasons, but after a while, think back and actually think of them positively. Some examples are Guidos (TAR1), Tara & Will (TAR2), Aaron & Arianne (TAR3), Weavers (TAR8), and yes... Jonathan & Victoria (TAR6). :lol:
But then there are others that annoyed me during their season and still annoy me to this day... BJ & Tyler, TK & Rachel, Eric & Danielle (though not Eric & Jeremy), Cowboys, Globetrotters. :tup:

Hippies are my all time favourite team! I always thought they were loved by everybody but this forum has taught me that that's not the case :lol: I love them because I liked they're humor and the chemistry between them. And they were the targets of all the other teams, which made me like them even more.

I cannot STAND the Cowboys! Well, in my TAR community, EVERY single freakn' person LOVED the Cowboys, and hated the Goths.(During TAR 18) I am a rooter for underdogs, so naturally, I supported the Goths. Oh, how I laughed at them when the Cowboys were eliminated. And oh, how they laughed at me when the Goths were eliminated. *sigh*

They are completely psychotic, dysfunctional, and physically and verbally abusive to each other. They are all of the above to the point of being disturbing to watch. Even casting them for the season was a mistake. They were beyond the entertaining kind of trainwreck.

What can I say? Season 6 did give my mute button quite the workout, between Jonathan and Lori feeling the need to yell at their partners every 5 minutes and Adam and Hayden's constant need to whine and complain about almost everything :lol3:

I too would love to see the AR11 finale run again. I am certain you mean Mirna and Charla for one team that drives you crazy (me too) and I will guess Eric and Danielle for the other. Better teams were eliminated through flukes (the Africa Hajj flight fiasco caught Ian/Teri and Joe/Bill) and improper assessment of risk left Uchenna/Joyce in Frankfurt airport where they never should have been in the first place. I think the AR11 finale should have been between Eric/Danielle (you can't take that away from them because they earned the right to be there), unquestionably Dustin/Kandice and some third team (but not Mirna/Charla). Eric/Danielle might still win, but I would love to have a do-over.

Yes. I do mean Mirna & Charla and Eric & Danielle. And the worst part is that I might actually like Charla more than I do if she had teamed up with anyone but Mirna :lol: Danielle I don't have too many opinions on, because she left too early on season 9 for me to form any judgments, but Eric and his frat boy attitude was really tiresome after a while. And I agree with your scenario on the redux of the AR11 finale, but of course, I'd swap Mirna & Charla for Oswald & Danny, so that would give me two teams I like and one team that I hope loses :lol:

I guess we just have different tastes, as for Jonathan and Victoria, yes they were annoying, but they were entertaining as all hell and I usually like teams for that. Avi and Joe were not really likeable, nor were they entertaining, they just don't belong on the race and that's why I don't like them. It's the same thing for Charla and Mirna, annoying at times, but provide some really great moments ("can you stick your hand in the cow's ass?"). Marshall and Lance were both extremely unlikeable and they're whininess was not entertaining, you get the point. I do care about whether teams are good people with a heart, but unfortunately I need to be entertained and I like competent teams.

season 2: Hope and Norm (pretty bland)
season 3: Andre and Damon (for a cop and a fireman, they're pretty dependent on other people)
season 4: Steve and Josh (for a father/son team, they were as endearing as an ingrown toenail)
season 5: Alison and Donny (see Ari and Staella on the first list)
season 6: Freddy and Kendra (GASP! no Jonathan and Victoria?! Kendra's attitude in Africa was sickening)
season 7: Ray and Deana (Deana's whininess was bad, but Ray's belittlement of other teams was worse)
season 8: still haven't watched it
season 9: Eric and Jeremy (terrible examples for children)
season 10: Tom and Terry (meh)
season 11: Rob and Amber (still addicted to cameras)
season 12: Lorena and Jason (Lorena's behavior with the camel was ridiculous)
season 13: Aja and Ty (can't remember anything about them at all)
season 14: Brad and Victoria (for an old team, not at all endearing)
season 15: Lance and Keri (Lance is a close second behind Chad for the "douchebag" title)
season 16: Dana and Adrian (yeah! let the bigger one do the wire crossing! genius!)
season 17: Ron and Tony (incompetent, what a shame)
season 18: Amanda and Kris (their only highlight was causing their own elimination)

Freddy & Kendra were the team I hated most after Jonathan & Victoria in Season 6 as well. And I hated Alison & Donny in their season as well! In fact, I'm not sure if I hate them more or Colin & Christie -- perhaps the main reason why I found Colin more annoying was because he lasted longer. And Christie was all right. I guess I'd put Alison & Donny first and Marshall & Lance second among teams I hated in Season 5.

I couldn't agree more, I guess I went a bit overboard with my usage of the word "hate" (by it I meant annoying) and I am really, truly sorry for that. I am a very sarcastic person, so the end sentence was fabricated out of sarcasm and is not what I truly believe in, I may have spent too much time on Survivor Sucks and I can see now that it's clearly rubbing off on me, so once again apologies. It's shocking because I told myself that I am the kind of person that sees the good in people, but I've always known that scums exist on this planet, the people who don't deserve the world. The world's a tough place. The Amazing Race is an incredible tool to show people's true colors, even as they try so hard to hide it behind nice-ness and fake morals.
I also realized that some of my comments may be taken as discriminative and looking back on it, you're right. It's shameful because of my own background, being Eurasian and a part of both sides of the world I should know better and I know I do, it's just my dislike of stuck-up, snooty people that got to me, and it got carried away. so once again, I apologize for this, however the teams that I mentioned being my least favorites are unfortunately my real opinion, but I swear it has nothing to do with their size, race, religion, politics, or sexual orientation. It's just on their likeability, morals and values, entertainment factor, and competency. As far as the lesson of Yin and Yang go, opposites can't exist without each other, so with all the hate in our hearts also comes with just as much love and that is the lesson here. :hrt:

I am very fortunate to have been able to meet and get to know many of our racers personally.
And what surprised and fascinated me what was that some of the people "we loved to hate" while they were racing are often the most delightful and charming people in real life. The race (pressure, starvation, sleep deprivation) does strange things to the nicest of people!

Agreed. For example, on TAR7, Ray was portrayed as being this uber evil, arrogant villain, but in real life, he was pretty much the only person in that season who got along with every team and was often trying to play the peacemaker. And I've also heard from people that have met him, that Terence of season 13 is not the jerk that he was made out to be on TV. And what Peach said is true, let's not forget that this is a TV show, and that editing does play a significant part in what we believe the contestants to be like.
Although I'm surprised that Nick & Vicki haven't been mentioned as an annoying team. I still like Vicki, but Nick could give Chad a run for his money in the douchebag department :lol:

Annoying and "funny" in a weird way. I mean I enjoy watching them fight then calm again then fight again.
Kevin & Michael - Season 17
I have no problem with Michael, Kevin's constant complain about his father's age though is so annoying.

My list of annoying teams or Racers (I might still like these teams, many I do, but all are annoying to me at some point)
Season one:
Frank (loud and pushy) so not who I am but I don't think he's a bad guy.
Kevin & Drew Very grating especially early, as I am not used to people talking to each other like this. But got used to it.
Lenny & Karyn (mainly Karyn) - Who just rode poor Lenny. Not fun watching these two break up.
Paul & Amie - Paul for always pulling the lets quit card, and Amie for always crying, seriously stop crying.
Kim & Leslie - For being a real bitch in one of their two episodes.
Season Two
Wil - Cruel to other racers, cruel to his partner, and cruel to locals. Ass.
Gary & Dave - occasionally Gary's humor got annoying
Season Three
Flo - When things are good I loved Flo, but this girl just couldn't handle the pressures of the race, and her breakdowns were terrible.
Teri & Ian - Ian could be abrasive to his wife, but I also think they absolutely love each other (I know a couple who are just like them).
Aaron & Arrianne - Just annoying. They weren't viscous or evil, just annoying.
Jill - (Not her), but the voice over about her brother and 9/11 just got very very old.
Season four
Russell & Cindy - Cindy get a clue, Russell learn empathy
Tian & Jaree - Boy these two fought all the damn time, well except the leg they got booted
Millie - Just a little at times, I loved that she had more hustle then Chuck.
Monica & Sheree - Not them but the repeated voice over of them, yes we know your married to football players
Season 5
Mirna - God how I hate how she comes across. Charla on rare occasions annoyed ( I don't like how she would go behind desks and get right up to people (I hate that).
Alison & Donny (seriously they fought more in one episode then most any team in race history)
Marshall & Lance - Quitters, but also bitter and mean
Linda & Karen - Wait seriously I love love this team, but their voices at times could annoy me, but I do love, love this team.
Nicole - Got annoying at the end.
Colin & Christie - Colin for his arrogance, and Christie for letting him (as well as go ahead run them over)
Kim - Seriously do something!!!
Season 6
Jonathan & Victoria - Most hated team in race history (said to be very nice in real life) but on the tube hate, hate, hate them
Lori & Bolo - Loud and Pushy and threw guilt at each other like there was no tomorrow
Adam - Seriously Do you have a penis! Grow a pair already! Borrow Rebecca's....
Hayden - Boy loved her when times are good, hated her under pressure when she was SHRILLLLL
Kendra - Seriously your comments didn't make you look very nice
Season 7
Rob - Cocky up to a point was fun to watch, but often went past
Kelly - Seriously stop being a bitch, she would tear apart Ron.
Ray - Lightening up (again supposed to be a really nice guy)
Lynn & Alex - Found funny up to a point then found cruel.
Patrick - Ugghhh, get the hell over it
Gretchen - Sorry love the gal, but her voice......
Season 8
Weavers - (Minus Rolly) Bitter, mean spirited would have put my tv through a window if they won.
Paulos - Loud and screaming with little respect (even if they loved each other) again young son, Brian seemed the only calm one.
Rodgers - Dad, seriously Brock should have cold cocked you.
Schroaders - Only the boy didn't annoy me.
Godlewski - SHRILLLLL, and poor Christie SHUT UP!!!! and stop crying (and sisters be nicer to her so maybe she will).
Season Nine
TTOW - Seriously funny a bit, but I would kill them in real life
Eric & Jeremy (I Love this team and often found them funny) - But the early legs with women all the time, got old. I think this is one of Phil's shirts cracks me up to this day.
Lake - Ugghhh
Monica - Seriously crying at the airport...The airport in Colorado...At least Flo made it to what her third leg?
John & Scott - Sorry way over the top gay, I just hate it. And I like Dick as much as the next gay guy.
Lisa & Joni - (remind me of my mother and her friends) enough of the screaming just take it down a notch.
Duke - She's a lesbian not a serial killer, get the hell over it.
Peter - At times just seemed too laid back or swinging to coach mode, pick a happy medium.
Mary - Seriously when men talk and get physical like you do with Dave its considered an abusive relationship. Be nicer, we know you love him.
Rob & Kimberly - Just take it down a notch (at least both dished it out).
Karlyn (I think) - Seriously bitter.
Tyler & James (love this team) but the constant voice over former Drug dealers - OK we get you cleaned up, stop it editors.
Season 11
Kevin & Drew - Never should have been cast, I keep waiting for the ambulance to show up.
Charla & Mirna - Mirna still evil as ever, and Charla even annoyed me more then usual.
Danielle - Never should have been cast

Ari - Think god they're gone
Nathan & Jennifer - like so many fighting couples just take it down a notch.
Kynt & Vyxsin - Way to over the top for my taste, and Kent grow a pair.
Ron - Seriously At least he improved over the season, but still what an ass. Locals, racers, daughter, judges all are fair game.

ANdrew & Dan - For being hopeless, utterly hopeless (and often funny, but so hopeless)

Brook - For being a little too pushy, don't like it on guys don't like it on women. Her voice was also a little shrill and that bothers me a little.

Mel & Mike - Like All Stars was afraid the ambulance was going to have to save them on well almost every leg. Shouldn't have been cast.
Kent - An Ass this season and still hasn't grown a pair.

No doubt in my mind the producers changed the Roadblock rules because of her. She didn't do jack the whole season. Flo got a lot of grief for being a passenger/bystander her season but Kim did the same number of RB as Flo did - one. ONE!

I don't think this is necessarily a gender exclusive thing. Tian and Jaree (S4) had a Roadblock split of 6-0 until they were eliminated.
I also think that had the rule not been in place, Rebecca would have performed more Roadblocks than Adam by a clear margin.

Yeah Adam is one of the few Males who wouldn't pony up unless he had to....ANd I was very surprised that Tian & Jaree was so one sided.
Hell season tens James would have let Tyler do all the tasks if he could, but he did step up and do his share, and he certainly didn't make it seem like his partner should be doing all the tasks.
Even Adam wanted to do some tasks (I think to prove he could), it wasn't like he wanted Rebecca to do every single thing (though at times...).
And I don't want to give the impression that all women don't want to pull their own weight, because that clearly isn't the case.
Hell I think Margareta would have done more if Frank wouldn't have jumped to it, so quickly (and that goes back to the first season).

All-male or all-female teams where one partner was clearly better at challenges (or at the very least more willing to perform them) than the other:
Mary & Peach S2...to Peach's credit, she tried to pull her own weight, but it was apparent that Mary would be tackling on the tougher tasks.
Heather & Eve S3...Eve was pretty much useless, sorry. She was so afraid of EVERYTHING I felt bad for Heather. I always pull for the girls and Eve was plain embarrassing.
Tian & Jaree S4...already mentioned above.
Tyler & James S10...already mentioned above.
Maria & Tiffany S15...Maria was almost as bad as Eve, especially when it came to physical tasks, one of the weakest females (in terms of general strength) ever on the race, IMO.
Brook & Claire S17...Claire couldn't run from here to there, any time there was even a little running involved, they'd instantly fall behind other teams. Brook got the "annoying" tag for constantly yelling at her teammate ("C'mon, Claaaaaire"), but what would you have her do? Without her egging Claire on, I'm certain C would have given up on a few of the more physically challenging tasks.
I obviously didn't include teams like Mel & Mike, Mirna (screw her) & Charla or Zev & Justin where one partner just wasn't capable to perform certain challenges due to age, disease etc.

I am no fan of Kim at all, but let's be fair in the context of AR5. The other F3, teams, also had females who did only 1 ROADBLOCK each total. Yes, Nicole and Christie (who is part off one of my favorite teams ever) both also did 1 RB. I believe the reason they and Kim all did this is that their partners Chip, Brandon and Colin were strong performers and did not want their team to fall behind.
So, the females did not carry meat (ep. 1), ribbon roping (ep. 2), bite many chocolates (ep. 3), eat caviar (ep. 4, Kim only), descend to the base of the Osiris shaft (ep. 5), dig through sand for scarab (ep. 6), eat ostrich egg (ep. 7), make 20 mud bricks by hand (ep. 9), roll in zorb down hill (ep. 10), climb underneath Auckland Harbor Bridge (ep. 11), or climb 150 feet using mechanical ascender (ep. 12). Nicole and Christie ate 2.2 pounds caviar. I haven't figured out which ROADBLOCK Kim actually did, but my guess is biting the chocolates in San Carlos de Bariloche.

This list below only is from TAR14 to 18/UB, because those were the five seasons that I actually have seen in full.
TAR14 - Jaime, Mark & Michael, Jennifer (for having Preston carrying you to the First Pit Stop, especially), Luke & Margie (mostly Luke)
TAR15 - Lance, Ericka, Sam & Dan, Mika & Canaan
TAR16 - Joe (for many, many things, and as such, you give a bad name to a certain group of people), Caite & Brent (more Caite than Brent), Jeff & Jordan (purely for plain stupidity), Carol & Brandy (for dragging U-Turn gate for far too long), Louie & Michael
TAR17 - Nick (for being a quitter and being flat out stupid at times), Chad, Thomas (not annoying IRL), Katie & Rachel (not annoying IRL either), Mallory to some extent (please don't bring her inside a poker room, thank you), Kevin to a little extent (put some belief in your father, like TAR12 Nick did to his grandfather - and even Don is older than Michael)
TAR18 - Kent & Vyxsin (both equally annoying), Flight Time & Big Easy, Ron
As for previous seasons, Jonathan and Kendra (both TAR6) are on the top of my list for annoying. And yes, there are probably other racers that have been annoying through the seasons, but I didn't watch most of those seasons anyway.

from tar au 1 is defanartily joey and richard and i didnt care for the surfer boys who won(tylar and nathan) and the bikers on their last 2 or so eps on the show
