Title: The Amazing Race 14 Episode 1 Discussion

I realized that there's only a discussion thread in the spoilers zone.. what if someone wanted to discuss the episode but don't want to go into the spoilers zone?

Anyway with all thoughts on episode 1, i actually thought they should have used a quote from Mike White -

“I think the other teams are going to think my dad is Cloris Leachman, but he really is MacGyver.” :funny:

Kudos to Mike for using RealityTV (about Cloris) reference! :funny:

I also thought Jodi and Christie got the most edit out of all the all-female teams and hell they can run! And that Kisha and Jen actually knows how to race (they asked which was the faster way to get to Switzerland by trains before getting on the flight) Cara and Jaime are also pretty good, considering they beat the other 2 all-female teams who were already very good IMO.

So i'm thinking great casts for all-female teams this season. Pretty impressed here!

First time poster---long time lurker.  Not sure if this has been posted anywhere or if this is the proper place to post--but are y'all aware  the Travel channel is showing this season of TAR on Friday evenings at 8 PM EST?

Welcome, Max. That's a very good first post here. Was not aware of that. Much appreciated. Good to know TAR14 is on Travel Channel. That's a quick turnaround to cable.

We did have the good news about the Travel Channel reruns around here somewhere, something I know many are glad to see!
